Never ever will buy HP again

I bought in Amazon a similar printer with a designation of Office Pro 276 dw for some $220. If you compare the body, they are exactly the same. Later it showed for about a $1,000 and a few month later showed for $900. Good so far. Good deal. Now the sour part of the story. After the first set of inks depleted, I installed a set which I had bought at Amazon as original inks, the printer displayed "incompatible cartridges". I went to Costco and bought another set of ink, with the same results. My attempts to fix the software problem with HP has been fruitless. There has been no response at all. By the way, the printer displayed in this page seems to be a "used" printer, and no where indicates so.

I've owned this printer for over a year. Whenever I have to print something, I have to go through a long process of trying to figure out how to open the software and get this printer to do it's job because for some reason, it uninstalls itself, or becomes unrecognizable to the computer. I hardly ever print anything, but when I do, it takes me forever to figure out WHY it doesn't work, and what I need to do to get it working. I got a good price on this printer, and now I know why; the software is unpredictable, and fails to work 85% of the time I need it, and official HP ink is over 30 dollars a cartridge (you need 4 cartridges which means you'll pay half the price of the printer every couple of months. My advice is to never buy HP anything....
