My foot size is 9 and look at its size. If I cut it front front also, then too the centre part which is the main thing in this insole- the arch support, it doesn't fit in my arch. The arch support goes on my toes. I think the small size is good for foot size 7-12.

It is useless because it is too narrow for the front of the foot. Regular sized foot is broader than the product so it can't be used. Conveniently for the retailer and Amazon, It cannot be returned. Total waste

I have pain under my soles after or during walking Because of varicose veins. But I love walking. This product cushions the soles and there is no pain and I can walk longer. The only issue is that we have to cut it for our size but that is also good in a way because the size can be according to our need.

Inserted in a Woodland size 7 pair without trimming and it fits perfectly inspite of the insoles being size 9 according to the trimming guideline markings. I compared the length with my other inexpensive insoles and I found that they are of the same size. It seems this pair was by mistake made for me 😜😄 The cushioning is so good. Tried jumping and landing on my heels and it doens't hurt at all. Trust me, I'm not at all an athletic person 😂. The last mountain trek I went on was in 2017 December. The price of three hundred and ninety nine seems a bit steep but can't judge that unless I use these for an extended period of time.

This is 4th innersole that I have purchased for different shoes. I try out different brands of inner soles. eg helios shoe insoles, fovera gel insoles stc. This one from skudgear has the best cushioning. The cushioning at heel is almost 1/3rd inch and the material is soft. I use this shoe for running and gym exercises. This provides excellent comfort for flat foot as well as plantar fasciitis. The inner sole is a free size and I had to cut it along the lines to fit UK 9. It fits well inside my shoe.

Just received it now. Decent packaging. Inserted it in my size 8 Aldo shoes. Without the insoles the shoes were slightly loose fit at the top of the foot.The length fit perfectly for size 8 (uk) shoe. The thickness is about quarter inch.The insoles are around quarter inch thick and after inserting my feet the shoe was a perfect fit. There is lot of cushioning which I really liked. Hope they last one year atleast.

The product looks neat and well made, fits in the shoe perfectly, however the one down side I felt was that it’s on the heavier side. It adds a substantial amount of weight to your footwear thereby making it a tad uncomfortable for those who are used to light footwear.

feel lasts so long.but not like that after 20days use it is better feel with orthofit it is really better pain relief feel. And by the way I'm a hotelier I'm stand on my bare foot of 10hrs in restaurant
