Marvel Studios Phase 3 Part 1 2018 | USA Non-Compatible Product | Region - 2

I was looking to purchase a few of the movies to fill in the gap of what we didn't have and I came across this. I figured since I didn't have 3 of the movies included in this box, I really wouldn't be out much money if I bought it. WOW, was I pleasantly surprised!!! The box is awesome and the posters are fun. Very well done!! We haven't watched any of the movies yet so I can't attest to how good they are but my daughter and I are huge Avenger fans so all the extras included was a big bonus!!! I will be buying Phase 1 and Phase 2 in the near future and Phase 3 part 2 when it comes out!

The features that I was most concerned about were: 1. playability - as in the pictures, the discs are all marked ABC (blu-ray region free), and they play without a hitch in my Region 1/A blu-ray player 2. special features - each disc has the typical extras you'd find on any individual retail version of the blu-ray (director commentaries, featurettes, deleted scenes, etc.); plus, the last disc in the collection contains even more bonus features for all of the films 3. subtitles - because this collection is from the UK, the subtitle selection includes a larger variety of European languages (10-12) than normal; the basic English subtitles and English SDH are still available for all films. IMPORTANT: There are two separate listings for these MCU phase collection boxes on Amazon. There's this one (listed as Marvel Studios Cinematic Universe Phase Three Part One: Collector's Edition) and the other (listed as Marvel Studios Cinematic Collection Phase 3 [Blu-ray]). As far as I can tell, these are the exact same product, except the second listing offers DVD or blu-ray versions, offers a more accurate list of subtitles, states that the product is an import/international version, and is generally a little cheaper than this listing. Also, everyone seems to buy from the second listing due to its lower price, so it has hundreds of reviews that are helpful. I bought this first listing because the product description made it seem like it was potentially not an import and I could avoid any regional issues. While the product turned out to be perfect, this is still a UK import. In short, you can't go wrong with this listing; this collection is much cheaper than trying to buy the brand new blu-rays individually.

Great collection

I'm definitely into getting nice things, and I'm also into getting a good deal on it. This may not be cheap per se, but it's way cheaper than buying the titles individually. Also, IT WORKS IN THE UNITED STATES. That's something I was worried about going into this, so for everyone else who was wondering, yes, it's from the UK, but it plays in the US.

I just got my marvel phase 3 part 1. If you love the marvel universe it is worth the box set. 10/10

I bought this in 2019 after I finally jumped on the Marvel Universe bandwagon. It was a great value at the time and I had this item until this year, when I finally decided to sell it. I ended up buying all the movies online and digitizing my DVD/Blu-ray collection. This is a great buy to get a bulk of the Marvel Studios Collection or for any serious Marvel DVD/Blu-ray collectors that still want the movies on disc.

I really like this because it has the first part of the 3 phase of the MCU and has the original poster as well. But what I didn’t like was the none of the discs came with their correspondent art design except for Spider-Man homecoming. I was a little disappointed because the two other box sets before this one were perfect and had their art design. This looks like it’s a common problem because a lot of people seem to get what I got. I would return it to see if I can get it again with their correspondent art design but It’s too late. Anyways this is the only con I had for this and this is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. It works perfectly in the USA by the way, I played them in my ps4.

Marvel Studios Cinematic Universe Phase Three Part 1: Collector's Edition (Blu-Ray): I was only dimly aware of the major Marvel superheroes and but knew that there were a growing number of movies about them. I didn't watch any because I wanted to see them in order. I finally bit the bullet and bought MCU Phase One. The discs loaded and played flawlessly on my Panasonic player through a mid-level Sony amp into a Vizio 55" OLED tv. I went on to buy Phase Two & Phase Three (parts 1 & 2). All were equally excellent. And then everything became available thru streaming. Oh well. There's still nothing like the satisfaction of seeing physical media on my shelf, ready to play without any streaming subscriptions. Highly recommended.

È in assoluto la migliore edizione Blu-Ray che raccoglie tutta la saga dei film Marvel suddivisa comodamente in Fasi, che ne riprendono esattamente l'universo cinematografico. Essendo un collezionista non gli ho neanche aperti, mi piace tenerli con cellophane in libreria, quindi non posso darvi opinioni in merito alla qualità visiva e sonora dei singoli dischi, ma come pezzi da collezione fanno la loro figura. Scritte olografiche, in rilievo sul cartone, con splendidi disegni in copertina. Peccato siano l'edizione inglese e che in italiano non vengano tradotte, ma personalmente non è un problema, sono ancora più "ufficiali" in quanto in lingua originale. Soddisfattismo dell'acquisto. La consiglio a chiunque voglia raccogliere l'intera saga Marvel in pochi, pratici e pregiati cofanetti. Non vedo l'ora esca la seconda parte della fase 3, presumibilmente dopo l'uscita di Spiderman Far from Home a Luglio. Sarà mia già al preordine. Spero di esservi stato utile, a presto!

I have purchased all the box sets and it looks great on any entertainment center or man cave! The boxes come with a bunch of cool stuff and collectors items. Highly recommend for any marvel buff!
