Yummy, imparts strong flavour and colour
Super fine powder that I generally use to flavour buttercream which it does beautifully without any hint of graininess. It has an excellent, tart, fresh raspberry flavour (although until you mix it into something it has a slightly off putting smell - never fear when it’s in icing or a shake or whatever it smells wonderful) it also imparts a lovely natural pink colour to what you mix it into. The flavour is strong and a table spoon or two will robustly flavour a batch of buttercream. It comes in a handy container with a lid which makes it easy to store and use.

Gutsy flavour
I added this to buttercream icing. The colour was stunning and the flavour bursting with raspberries. I used half a jar to ice and cover 2 cakes. It was my first time using this powder and it will now be a permanent item in my cupboard.

Excellent for G&Ts
Excellent product with great tasting Raspberry pieces. Using them to decorate gin and tonics throughout Christmas!! Really quick delivery and well recommended!
