On a morning before work I used to always go into my local coffee place to grab a latte. However I have been trying to save money (and time) and decided to cut back. This milk frother is turning out to be a brilliant way to save money while getting the same amazing taste. The milk froths to a perfect consistency without tasting strange or off. It takes no time to prepare and is even easier to clean up. I normally set it going while i quickly nip upstairs to get ready and by the time I’m back down it’s already done. Very impressed by it, and I’ve worked in a coffee place before!

We’re a family that do like a coffee and being able to have the frothy milk for home lattes is awesome. It’s really quick to do and does make the latte have that extra bonus taste to it. Inside it has some helpful little markings too showing the minimum amount of milk you have to put in it. Then two other markings showing the max you can put in for two other things, one max for if your frothing milk then another for if you’re heating milk. The frothing thing works absolutely fantastically. We’ve got plenty of home coffee stuff and this has just added to it. Now we can make a latte from scratch and it has every little thing added to it just like a coffee shop would.

I bought this to replace the Nespresso own brand milk heater, of which we have got through 5 or 6 over 3 years. This beats their product hands down on several points - capacity, speed of heating and ease of cleaning. The only downside is that the milk always scorches slightly on the bottom of the heater. Whole milk is recommended as this has the least amount of sugar (which causes the scorching) but even that leaves a small amount of burnt milk removing from bottom of the jug. However, it does come off easily and isn't too much of a pain.

Heats up to 55 degrees it's doesn't seem warm enough.the frothing is so thick is absolutely undrinkable.every time you use it there is a layer of milk skin on the bottom of the containerWhen you use the heating paddle and not the frothing paddle you have to press 2 buttons not the usual one with no indication you have pressed 2 buttons.

This was an awful device. The bottom whisk is placed too far to one side meaning the milk does not circulate properly making two opposite and equally frustrating things happen each time:1. The milk will be not very warm as it does not get moved around enough to ensure it's all heated through2. Milk would burn to the bottom on the side opposite the whisk.This means whenever you will heat the milk and then go back to froth some more for the top, you will have to clean out the unit (which is awkward because it's a small space and the plastic bit that you put the whisk head on cannot be removed and is in the way) unless you want to get chunks of burnt milk in your beautiful foam.By the time you're finished letting the unit cool enough to clean it without burning your fingers, putting more milk, and making the nice foam, because the milk you've warmed wasn't made to be that hot to begin with, the whole thing will be cold by the time it's ready to drink. Avoid this, get one of real quality!

Out of the two whisks, one makes extremely thick milk , the other whisk is much more suitable but I found the whisk attachment very loose and it fell off several times until I lost it after just a couple of weeks. I registered the warranty with Savisto and contacted customer service regarding obtaining a new whisk but they have not replied to my email! Totally unimpressed with their customer service and I would not choose this brand again!

This replaced a similar frother which just stopped whirring. It works really well both hot and cold milk. It is actually easier to clean than my last one - the non-stick surface seems to work! Also it doesn't seem to have 'hot spots' like the last one which meant milk stuck to certain areas on base. Great machine to use with espresso machine to enjoy perfect cappucinos.

Coffee shops were always one of my favourite places to spend a couple of hours but now I can get the same style luxurious coffee at home without spending a fortune. Easy to work with simple instructions to guide you, it makes frothy milk within minutes and allows you to still get ready and organised while its doing its thing. I have used it a couple of times already and i haven't been disappointed. I’ve invited my friends round for a coffee morning next week to see if they are as impressed as i am.
