Defective product
Product tested good using 12v source to pull in pin and to test the holding in of the pin. When installed, tractor would start but stop as soon as you released the key. After much troubleshooting I ordered a different solenoid. Tractor started right up.

should have come with a gasket, but other wise it works good

Coils not properly aligned.
It would pull back but as soon as the pull coil was deactivated the hold could was not holding
