I've been using this pail since my twin boys were 4 months old and it's been such a life saver! I used to have a fancy schmancy one that's more expensive than this one, and the refills were expensive too so that was painful on the wallet especially with the amount of bags I had to change everyday having twins. But not with this one! Changing the bags are a breeze and the amount of bags you get per box is generous indeed. I purchased the white version and it looks so nice and sleek in the nursery, it also fits in small places. And it really locks in the dirty diaper smell, and you won't smell it either when you actually open the pail so no more dreading throwing away dirty diapers!After more than a year of using this pail to the max, the inner lid broke slightly so it wouldn't seal in the scent anymore. But a quick email to the seller regarding my issue resulted in a quick delivery of a new inner lid and a box of refill bags! Such awesome customer service! Especially since it's over the year of warranty that they support so they didn't really have to send me a replacement, but they did without hesitation.I totally recommend this for any parent looking for a diaper pail that's both easy and functional and who wants refill bags that are super affordable. Will continue using mine until my twins don't need diapers anymore!

Very disapointing for the price I paid. Maybe attractive but useless. Only good for newborn diapers. Does not hold more than 4 adult diapers and it is very hard to remove the soiled bag. I had to buy a container for what I need and half the price of this Vliba Diaper Pail.

I actually liked this pail for a little while, mostly because it is small and didn't leak any odors. (I don't understand people complaining about size - you knew the size going in, and honestly I wouldn't want to be able to go longer than a week with old diapers sitting in a giant can.) Yes, the door is a little tricky, but it takes me 30 seconds to remove and change bags. Fun fact: a full bag, once tied, WILL explode if dropped on the ground :).My issue is that the spring on the inner lid no longer works because a piece of plastic broke off. That means it stanks, which makes it no better than a normal trash can. If the seller gets back to me and replaces the inner lid, I will change this review. But for $70 (and lots of extra bags purchased), I expect it to last more than 6 months. The designers should have thought about how it would be opened 10x/day.Update: The seller immediately got back to me and is fixing the issue!

I’ve searched for a good diaper pail for a long time. After I read all pros and cons and reviews of most diaper pails, I chose Vliba. It was quite expensive than the other similar products. However it is worth every penny!! I have been using this for about two weeks now and I still don’t have any odor problems so far. When it first arrived, there was a bag already installed and one packet of refill bags and disposable bags included. A refill bag is baby powder scented so I think that also helps to prevent an odor. The seller says it can be used with any type of plastic bags so I think it will be very helpful and inexpensive to use in a long term!! Plus its design is so stylish and modern and it goes great with my other furnitures and interiors. I would like to use it in my bathroom after my baby is potty trained. Thank you Vliba! Cheaply made. Door never closes right. Bag fills up fast and always rips. Simply disappointed. Only positive is it looks nice and company is quick to respond.

Never was a big fan of these as they do not function as advertised but that is not the case with this one. It is worth the investment keeps the room from smelling like a dirty bathroom I change out the bag every 2 weeks to be exact. Once it is full the little flap will not come up which exposes dirty diaper fumes🤢 but that is to be expected after 2 weeks all in all I am happy with my purchase and the free refill bags are a plus👍👍my son is almost 3 months & I have not had to purchase refill bags yet.

I had a pretty cheap diaper genie before this one. I thought I'd spend the extra money and get a nice one that looks nice and lasts a while, hoping to be able to use it for my next kid too. But honestly the only difference between this one and a cheapo Walmart one is the style. After a week, it reaked, even with scented bags. It was unbearable. Worse than my Walmart genie. Also, it does not hold near as much as advertised. I could fit maybe 15 diapers in it, before I'd have to change it.

This diaper pail was such a great purchase after our son was born. We were thinking of buying the other expensive brand with the pricey refills, and so glad we bought this instead. It's been good at keeping the odors within the pail (as long as you close both lids fully). Also the refill bags are very reasonably priced, plus you can use your own bags if you prefer. We like the vliba bags since it's a perfect fit. We had an issue/question about the product and the company got back to us immediately to address our concern. Great customer service too!
