Works as described, I'm using it for Canon 70D, the camera understood it in 10 seconds, first I tried a power bank but it was old and week so did not operate the camera but when I used a new powerful one or the charger for iPad (output 2.4 A) it worked amazing for hours continuously.Over all: Recommended product

al princiopio funciono correctamente, despues de una hora aproximadamente de grabar, la camara no grabo mas, entre en panico pensando que habia algun problema con el disco, pero probe poniendo una bateria normal y funcono, desde entonces no lo volvi a usar.at first works ok, about an hour working, the camera refusing to rec, i was in panic thinking that the disk was having problems, but tried putting a normal battery in the camera and works fine.

Bought 4 of these and they are all hit or miss on whether the camera will power up or not. It takes a several attempts of inserting the dummy battery into the camera to get it to "connect". And if that's not the issue, it require at least 2 USB to A/C adapter to power the camera. Overall, it's super mickey mouse and there's a reason the canon version of this is over $100 US.

Was never a fan of using portable batteries for third party dummy batteries, but this one did the trick for my last minute shoot and my batteries were drained. Preferably I'd say to use this plug on the wall with a power brick, did the trick for my 4 hour shoot. Not too shabby for the price either.

It worked right away!*EDIT*I used my other portable battery to see if it'll work because I ordered a separate battery for this & wanted to make sure it'll work. You need a consistent powerful output if you want your camera to work consistently. I thought I would need to plug in one USB hub, but both are necessary. Make sure you have a battery or outlet that's pumping a consistent output for 4A or so, or your camera will randomly power off, not power on, etc. I'd prefer a DC connector alone and that's it.I expected the long cables, so I'm not complaining, but I think the dual usb is excessive & too much. I would rather have a direct cable from battery to usb with a little shorter cable, or to have a DC male to USB male adapter that would not give me extra cord length.That's my personal preference because I want to run off one external battery instead of multiple Canon batteries. I'm getting a battery with a DC outlet to have enough juice to power my old 7D.I was also gifted a paper that told me if I leave a review, I would get a free 64 LED lamp that sits on a hot shoe mount for my camera. I haven't heard a word from them & I feel a little duped.tl;dr - Product works, nothing spectacular, make sure you have a great power source or it won't work consistently. I feel duped for leaving such a positive review at first for the gift I was promised through a card that was in my product package but no response from the people. I would've kept at 4 star but because of this, I dropped from 5 to 3.

LP-E6 Dummy Battery - ACK-E6 AC, was in good condition and new when I got it. It worked perfectly on all 3 of my power banks of different makes. one USB port was 2.1A the other is 1A, though it was recommended to use both 2.A ports. The camera could both video and photos. the camera recognised the dummy and showed right battery level. I will recommend it for both photo and video use on the Canon 80D, Canon 7D mark II an 5D mark III

This set is - as pictured - divided into two parts. There is a dual USB to 5.5x2.5mm Male tip cable and a 5.5x2.5mm female to LP-E6 dummy battery cable. I bought it for the latter and it works extremely well. Although I don't plan to use the USB cable portion, it still worked out much cheaper to buy this set than other well-reviewed LP-E6 dummy batteries. Very happy.

Quality product for wall mounting, but beware when using with a professional grade camera (6D Mii) and a portable power supply, this battery will not generate enough power for camera to fire. Otherwise works as described
