My wife and I both suffer with arthritis and subsequent joint, back and knee pain. I have been taking these tablets for two weeks and I cannot say that they have made any difference to easing the pain in my joints particularly my left knee. I did find it surprising that something that can be swallowed and digested would have any effect to an arthritic knee!???
