I was looking for a decent rice cooker and found this.At first I was a bit concerned because delivery was quoted on the Amazon webpage as 3-4 weeks.I contacted BLEST the seller and their response was amazing. They told me they will track my order and arrange a delivery from a UK based source. Consequently I received in 2 days after ordering it!I was very pleased.When exploring how to use it, I found the user information very limited. A small and brief manual in poor English and a small recipe leaflet.The preset cooking times are more asia food than European and therefore cooking times reflect this. For example, preset for Stew starts at 2 hours!!Also there are some anomalies on how to use the timers but once again BLEST customer Services were amazing...They respond each time the very next day or even the same day on a couple of occasions and I went through a few email exchanges with them as I learned how to use this product.With the help of Lisa their product support lady, I was able to better understand its limitations and strengths. At one point she even rang me to help me with something - from Zhongshan, China..!! I was gobsmacked!!I also received 2 short videos from her taken on a mobile phone to show me how to use the timers. It was brilliant!!The product itself is excellent build quality. I particularly like the inner bowl which is a multilayered metal providing even heat distribution. A great dong sound when tapping the side of it - a good quality sound, not like the ding you get from the cheap rice cooker bowl I currently have. AND no burning of the rice - perfect rice every time!! Finally a decent rice maker.Other features I like is the lid lining can be removed for cleaning. And cleaning the machine is so easy.The cooker is very nice to look at as well and I’m so impressed with it, I want to send one to friends in Thailand.I can’t say enough about this cooker.It’s excellent quality. Great price and has not failed to produce brilliant results each time I’ve used it and I love using it!!I would highly recommend this product.

Love this! Good helper for busy mum to make perfect soup or rice or porridge or meat without standing at the cooker all the time. I don’t have much time, but by the end of school day soup or rice is ready or warm already without worrying. Cook meal healthier than ever. Would recommend to anyone who cares about what to eat to stay healthy and active without spending too much time in the kitchen.

I eat a lot of rice and this rice cooker replaces one I had bought when I lived in China.Good value, cooks a variety of rices properly. No soggy stuff.

I found a good product and works well no problems

I've used this rice cooker for over a year but the silver seal that closes the lid has come apart. I've tried putting it back together but the metal is made of cheap quality and now I can't close the lid.

I like this can cook nice rice, keep warm and no burn at the bottom.And I'm little bit dislike it need take average 35mins to cook the rice.
