You never know if a product like this is going to meet your needs. It could be too hot or cold, it could smell weird, it might be too stiff for a cat to lay on, it could be too loud (my cats hate loud plastic crinkly noises - just cat things, I guess). But this product hit the sweet spot. Nice, constant heat. No smell that I can pick up. My big 18-pounder loves it, and the waterproof covering is more like a fabric than a sheet of plastic. 10/10, would recommend. PS my 87-year-old mom inadvertently sat on it when I had it on a chair, and she loved it, too

My dog loves this pad and since she had her puppies, this pad has made the purchase even more worth it. It makes it so easy to remove from the cage and clean as needed. I love this pads ability to allow for you to set not only the temp, but the amount of time up to 24 hours. This has made it so much easier for us to rest well knowing that our little bundles of joys are safe and warm with this pad.

when I started to look for heating pads for dogs, I was hoping to find one like I bought years ago, you simply just plug it in, nothing fancy, stays at the temp designed. You don't have to set it or change the temp or anything, just plug and go. Total winner but I couldn't find one like that, so I got this one for a little dog that's cold. I like that it has a timer (although I would prefer no timer) that lasts for 12 hours I don't like that when you turn it on you have to change the temp every time, it defaults to 120 degrees which is too hot, so that has to be changed each time. I like the size and the cover. Overall, it's fine and seems to work well

Love this mat. Works as described. When I was trying to find one to buy I couldn't find anywhere on the ad if this had an always on setting or not, so in case thats what your wondering too, it does.

Has power but no longer heating after just having for 5 months. Have used a lot of pet heating pads and this is the first time that one stopped working. Do not recommend.

Bought this for. 2.5 pound runt I thought would be cold. This pad is BIG, cover comes off to wash. Timer goes up to 12 hours and temp ranges. It’ is actually a great heating pad even for humans. I do put it against the wall for the back side of his crate when it’s really cold but he doesn’t mind not need it in the crate. Although it would fit in a large crate fine. Good quality for the price!
