The picture is misleading, as I didn't realize I had ordered a mug that was *supposed* to change colors. Once I figured that out, I tested it and the only time it changes colors is if the hot liquid touches the OUTSIDE of the mug, not the inside. Then any tiny spot or fingerprint on the outside turns black again and it's incredibly unattractive. This is going straight back to Amazon tomorrow.

We ordered this twice... the first time is was just a plain black mug. We returned it and ordered another one. The second one was all black again, but this time you could BARELY see the words written in black if you turned it up towards the light. It looks nothing like the picture. I didn't attempt to order a 3rd one

If I could give less stars I would. When washing the cup the outside peeled right off. It is nothing but a paper covering.I gave this as a gift to my best friend and was so embarrassed when she showed me what was happening to it.Terrible product.
