How many years and How long will it last on top corners

Hi I have repaired mi roof including corners 2 years ago and is still perfekt make shure wen you applied cleaning and activating daniel

How do you prep and apply this? Do I need something else to clean the area before I apply it?

Spray and wipe the surface with 70% over the counter alcohol, then let it dry completely. The EternaBond tape will really stick to the surface, so be careful because it is hard to remove, once applied. With practice, you can apply a little EternaBond tape as you go, and if you want a small 4 inch roller helps press down the tape, but it's not necessary. The is one product I am 100% satisfied with.
