Since for some reason the nutrition facts, ingredients, and recipe instructions are not included here, I have attached them to help people make an informed decision.They all call for broth, most of them call for cooked chicken, and call for at least one other kind of flavoring (tomato paste, salsa, stuff like that).I am vegetarian, and enjoyed these using my favorite broth of choice (McKay's Chicken Seasoning), and made them with vegetarian chicken strips that I cooked alongside the soup and added at the end. I did enjoy for the two southwest-style soups taking their suggestion of adding cubed sweet potato in about 10 minutes before it was done. They could be adapted for camping/backpacking.The big drawback for me: I'm not sure there's really $7.50 worth of soup ingredients in each package. I'd estimate each bag makes 3-4 bowls. The equivalent amount of ingredients fresh/frozen/canned would probably run you $3-5, but it wouldn't have the convenience of being dehydrated, and figuring out the ingredients ratio isn't my forte. I will buy again, but it is a slight splurge purchase.I purchased a set for a friend's care package, as the cooking process is very simple and low stress. It's much cheaper and more practical than many of the gift baskets you usually find, and sick/mourning people are frequently inundated with prepared dishes that have to be consumed immediately.

First I bought these as a back up stock for Covid-19. But found I really like the the convenience that they are easy to make, I can salt and spice them the way I like, and they can easily store in a bin in my pantry in less space then can soup. Best of all, there is no added junk in them. I don't have to worry about allergies from added chemicals and coloring. I just wish they were a little cheaper.

We feel these mixes are healthier than the normal packaged soup. They are yummy!

This is the third time I’ve ordered these soups. They’re flavorful with all natural ingredients. My family loves them. The directions provide you with different options if you like. And they’re so easy to make!

this stuff taste homemade..Its yummy...I will probably make more soups with my turkey left overs.

Not happy with this I thought is was an all in one soup mix turns out you need a lot of items to make it
