Piece of junk!
Zero stars! Absolutely awful! I’ve used it 3 times and it quit working on the 4th. Garbage! We’ve tried taking it apart and putting it back together (the canister part) and it doesn’t work. It smells like it’s burning and then nothing. Straight to the trash can!

A fantastic Blender!
This blender is a joy to use and the resulting smoothies come out great. Vacuum works flawlessly and the auto button does everything one needs for a great smoothie. As to reliability, I'll have to wait and see since I just started using the blender today. PS the noise level is much lower than my Ninja blender which is soon destined for the local thrift shop.
