Though it says it is a gel, it looks more like a cream. I have used it on slow-to-heal diabetic foot wounds (not fungal-related nor those showing any sign of infection) and it is superior to many others I have tried. It is a bit pricey but to see difficult wounds close and heal up, it is worth it.
