Warning! Not the same item as the picture!
The actual product sent is a similar but much cheaper looking version than the one in the picture. The actual item doesn't have the accent balls on the end of each arm nor does it have one in the middle. The product also uses 2 legs for a stand and has just a plain ring for the base, not the solid base like in the picture. Very disappointing.

Item received was not as pictured
I ordered these as I loved the chrome base and it would match my towel holder that I have and love. When they arrived they were a cheap wire base that I have seen in a lot of stores for less money. I am very dissapointed and they are going back.

Just what the bathroom needed
I couldn’t find what I was looking for at brick-and-mortar stores. All I needed was a small towel rack for our guest bathroom so people won’t have to use our teenager’s bath towels. The little towel rack is perfect; it doesn’t take up a lot of space on the counter and the hand towels fit just right.

Does not look anything like this picture. The base is so big it does not fit on my counter.

Very nice towel rack
I really like this towel rack. I had one that had the rings, but I like the way the towels slide on to the bars on this one. It's much easier to hang two towels and it fits nicely on my vanity.

This product is nothing like the picture do not buy it
Do not buy this product they are going to send you one that does not look anything like the picture and I'm very disappointed

Odd design and smaller than expected
I expected this to stand taller and because of the two bar design, you can't hang just one towel on it. This is in my sons' bathroom and they end up just setting the towel on top or knocking it over multiple times a day.

Exactly what we were looking for!
This is exactly we were looking for, just wish it was 1/2 inch taller to perfectly fit our hand towels. I just had to be a little creative with how I fold them. It matches our satin nickel fixtures and straight lines.
