I always find that I can't eat on the go but I can chug a muscle milk no problem. This stuff is filling, healthy, and tastes pretty good. It's the best health snack I've found.

The reason I gave it three stars is because of the shipping!! It took over two months to get here! But the flavor and value of the actual product is really good! The cookies and cream is gross tasting but all the rest are awesome

Of the ten bottles, two had July 2020 expiration dates-got them today 8/17/20and another two expired today 8/17/2020. So this was a ripoff! Amazon quality control is not efficient.It's too much of a humbug to lug this for a return so I got taken!

I love all the flavors. So easy for on the go. The taste good at room temperature or cold.
