Expensive but worth it.
I am using this cushion indoors for a wooden Captains chair. It was a little pricey but most seat cushions have a permanently attached cover. I wanted something with a removable cover I could wash and keep clean. In person it has a lot of nice details like a slot to conceal the zipper and adjustable ties to secure it. The fabric is water and stain repellent ( not sure if I'd call it waterproof) but it doesn't look like patio furniture. It looks nice in an interior setting.

Great quality cushions
Great quality cushions. The canvas is thick, the zippers strong, and the ties to the chair back are made of sturdy clasps. Assembly required, but it is easy. It is easy to accidentally slice the foam when cutting open the boxes so I suggest pulling the tape off. We ordered six and they arrived in many different boxes over time.

Best Quality Outdoor Cushions can take any weather!
These cushions have been rained on and off for six weeks now. When it’s not raining, the hot Summer Texas sun beats down on them. They are quality, no fade cushions with substantial pillow inserts. Well made, I ended up purchasing 6 of them! Thank you!

Don’t buy unless you want to put it together
They send you foam and material to put this cushion together. WHO DOES THAT !

Firm, Thick, Looks & Feels High Quality
I've been looking for a really good outdoor cushion, that is stylish enough to go inside, is comfortable, and will last. I was really excited when I saw this as possibly the perfect solution that I have been picturing. I showed it to my wife, and it was an easy pick. This is thick, dense so you don't sink right through fluff, and the material looks and feels high quality. This is definitely nicer than our existing cushions. It is firm, thick, & wide. I wouldn't call it soft & cozy, just sturdy & nice, and better support. There are only 2 possible drawbacks. At first the foam has an odor. Just leave it outside or in the garage for a few days, and then it is fine, and I'm pretty sensitive to smells. Second, the only weak point of construction is the plastic clasps themselves that allow you to easily secure it to the furniture. If you have a dog, who likes to pull on strings and ropes, the clasp didn't last past one attempt when he got his mouth directly on it. We did spray it with bitter apple repellent. I suppose if it were metal, it would rust if outside. You can just pin it if the plastic clasp is lost to a dog.

The cushion itself looks well-made, but watch out for the smell when you open the cushion.
The seat cushion arrived in a large box within an even larger box. When I opened both boxes, the seat cover was in a separate box from the cushion which was vacuum sealed in plastic, rolled into a tube shape. Directions said to carefully cut off plastic wrap with scissors. Do not use a box cutter. I followed directions and when the plastic was off an offensive chemical smell wafted off the cushion. I immediately went outside onto the veranda where I finished removing the plastic and got some fresh air. I'm mentioning the smell because I didn't see it mentioned in the description of the item on the site. People allergic to chemicals might appreciate the warning. After the cushion was out of the plastic, directions suggested you put the cushion inside the cushion cover as soon as possible. This is because it's easier to get in the cover before it's completely expanded. It took a little pushing and pulling, but it was soon looking like the illustration on site. The stitching on the cover looks like it'll last and the cushion is comfortable. It appears as if Montlake has made a durable product. Now, if that odor would just fade away.
