Mini Ninjas (PS3)

I love this game because it has more than one purpose: First, it's a fun game to play in its own right (cute li'l ninjas all over the place); second, it's a bright and cheerful game, which has a calming effect when you've just finished playing some horror, edge-of-your-seat game.I always use Suzume character; mashin' up enemies with her flute then playin' some sweet tunes aawwwww - she sooo cute! But only hiro can use kuji magic so you have to switch back every now & then.Amazon has spared no expense tryin' to get me to sell this game back to them. Perhaps it's in demand now? Strange, this this is one of the early PS3 games that no one cared about.Just got my plat for this game a few months ago. It was mega fun. Worth gettin' if you can find a copy because I ain't sellin' mine!

As PS3 platformers go this was ok but got quite repetitive the further through the game you got. The story line is ok and the graphics and sound are pretty cool, apart from that though for me its fairly middle of the road.

I played Mini Ninja's on PC, found it at bargain price and loved it to bits. I never finished it due to my laptop eating the disk... And so upon stumbling onto this page, naturally I bought the PS3 version! The characters are cute and the enemy are quite comedic,[SPOILER]i.e.: if they see you they freak out and start screaming 'mini! minnnii minni ninjaaa!', sometimes the little ones even run away and I love how when the generals are by themselves they hide behind their swords and shake :L There's even a a boss that farts and uses his fan to fan his farts at you haha. Basically you are the worlds/nature's last hope of survival and you have to thwart evil by kicking some serious samurai butt while saving animals which you can possess and walk around as - unfortunately you cant fight with these animals except bears (if I remember correctly - you can use bears to fight)Seriously, if you're looking for a fun game to relieve/take you away from all the first person shooters, this game is for you! I'd recommend it to everyone! :D

Really good game, no fast annoying tunes. It is charming and a pleasure to play and beautiful and sweet to watch.

I first played the demo from PSN, where you try to save a burning village and it was quite fun. I then saw this game for £20 in Asda, bought it and quickly regretted it. this game gets very boring and I really can't get motivated to finish it, its that boring.The game lets you play 5 characters with different skills but i just used the small ninja the most, the game isn't very rewarding and doesn't give you any stimulation, gameplay is slow, repetitive and boring. The game is very depressing really.I really don't recommend it. I give this game a 3 out of 10

This is a hidden gem of a game, not many will of played it the first time around. The story is entertaining, the controls flawless and it never crashes, unlike many new titles. My 5 year old son loves it. Difficulty does ramp up at the end, so I had to finish the last few levels for him. Buy it, you will not regret it.

Pretty surprised with this one. Came out a while ago but it still holds up very well. Gameplay is easy but very enjoyable, with lots of adventuring and ways to fight. The graphics and art style is also beautiful and stands out as a unique game, all be it on the simple side. Definitely a great way to introduce kids into gaming or Japanese style things and even better at killing spare time. 8/10!

Great game

Jeu très agréable, différent niveaux de difficultés pour avancer dans le jeu.Les images sont superbes, le choix des personnages est exhaustifs ainsi que le nombre de parcourt.Le son en 7.1 passe très bien, un véritable plaisir, donc du 5.1 nickel !Enfin un super jeu, à l'image de "Ratchet" et "Sega All Star", différent oui, mais tout aussi ingénieux!Ne pas hésiter, un jeu génial pour grand et petit, en famille vous allez passer de bon moment, et cette version Anglaise est bien en français, pas besoin de choisir la langue, c'est automatique même sur la PS3 ancienne génération.Que du bon !!!!!

Superbe jeu, magnifiquement réalisé et à la difficulté intelligemment dosée.L'aventure est prenante.Cet import UK fonctionne parfaitement sur une PS3 française ... Par contre il coûte 2 fois moins cher que la version FR : il ne faut pas hésiter, surtout que la veston uk intègre bien le français dans le jeu ...

まだまだ未熟な若きニンジャ“HIRO”となって、世界征服を企む悪しき“ショーグン”を倒す旅に出る（たぶん…）という、ストーリーは硬派、ですが中身はほのぼのタッチなアクションゲームです。鮮やかながらも優しい色使いの画面、登場人物たちの台詞、コミカルで憎めない敵キャラたち、どこかほのぼのした戦闘シーン、全てがほんわかした雰囲気で統一されており、プレイしているこちらもほんわかした気持ちになってきます。主たる敵となるサムライたちは、実は“ショーグン”の呪術によって姿を変えられた小動物で、倒すことで元の姿に戻ります。ですので戦闘にも殺伐さを感じません。操作系も複雑ではなく、物語は一本道ですし、序盤にはチュートリアル、ゲーム中には親切なナビがあるので、英語版ですがプレイアビリティは高いと言えます。世界観も、海外作品に時折見かける「カンチガイJAPAN」ということもなく、きちんと描けていると思います。登場人物たちの喋る日本語（そう、彼らは日本人なので日本語を発するのです！(時々ですが)）も、特におかしなところはありません。…と、どうして日本語化されないのか不思議なくらいなのですが、もしかすると、かわいくデフォルメされた登場人物が四本指で描かれているところが、日本の表現規制に引っかかっているのかもしれません（Wikipedia「四つ (日本語の表現)」）。確かに言葉の壁は厚く、ストーリーを飲み込めない部分は大きいですが、「悪い奴をやっつけるんだ！」と単純に楽しめばよいと思います。英語だからと尻込みせず、気軽に手に取って頂きたい良作です。
