like I remember
I tried a British brand, Whole Foods brand, either too sweet or flavor off somehow, neither were how I remember tartar sauce from former years (maybe Howard Johnson's clam roll; my mouth is watering). This one hit the spot exactly! Will make it so easy to make delicious white fish sandwiches, saving so much time!

Item opened, no vacuum seal
Do not know how it tastes because the vacuum seal on the jar was was not their. It had been opened and once opened requires refrigeration. Will not taste, not interested in getting sick. Unable to return so can only rate and will never buy this product or manufacture again.

One of the best if not the best I have ever tried.
Might be a little on the expensive side but has a nice tart taste that does not take away from the fish, (not a sweet or pickle relish flavor that so many have) it goes very well with malt vinegar if you choose.
