We have an 8 month old kitten who is both wonderful and a total handful. This kitten is kind of obsessed with our furniture. We have had some good success with training, a deterrent spray and these type of guards, but they had all lost their stickiness. We decided to try these and they really are pretty good. We really like how they are a pretty good size, cover what we need to cover, and they are plenty thick and sturdy! Time will tell if the adhesive will be better, biut I think they will. Also, now we know better on how to apply these - do everything you can to have them go around any sort of corners, and instead either cut them, or you can use two where corners join together. Good product altogether, and I am really hopeful these will last - they seem to be good quality.

These sheets are exceptionally functional and can be tailored to your needs. I placed them on the arm rests of my sofa chair. I have cats and although I have scratching post and other scratching preventable products I have one cat that is difficult and will try to scratch on my sofa arm chair. This item is really simple to use. The sheets come rolled up in a box. All you have to do is unrolled them and place them over your sofa arm rest and side. Hooks are provided to hook it on and your cat cannot scratch because when they attempt too this causes them to slide off. I would definitely purchase again.

Honestly, I would have given this 5 stars because it was exactly what I needed and seems to be doing great at getting my cats not to scratch my new furniture. However, it should really come with four pins for each panel (for a total of 24) so you can put a screw in each corner. Mine only came with 14 screws, so most of the panels aren't attached at the bottom and are curling up.

I recently bought a microfiber sofa that supposed to be scratch resistant but my cats still attempt to scratch it anyway.These covers sufficiently cover arms of the sofa and the back of it.Pieces are not much noticeable on my dark brown sofa and stick easily. Giving 4 stars because I would be more useful if the pieces were size adjustable.

When my cat started making himself a bit too comfortable == claws and all -- on my new couch, I decided it was time to take action. The plastic sheets work fine for the places where they are large enough to cover. However, for full protection you will need something more.

This product isnt worth the money. First it comes so tightly rolled that getting it to lay flat is incredibly difficult as it wants to curl up. Then, secondly, the ridiculous part is they only give you 12 pins. There are *six* pieces of plastic in this kit, and I guarantee 2 pins each is not enough. It took 6 pins for me to attach just one piece to the corner. I thought this plastic was going to be nice and heavy duty but it isnt really any thicker than the stuff from the craft store/Walmart. Just save your money and get a 50 pack of spiral pins and the clear vinyl on a roll from Walmart or wherever, or buy one of the other kits that comes with 40-50 pins. I wrote to the company, asking how in the world are you supposed to put up 6 pieces of plastic with only 12 pins and they basically told me 'too bad, that's how we send it' Zero explanation of how to make it work, no suggestions, no help. I'm accustomed to much better service from amazon sellers. I would *not* recommend this product or this company.

Really cheap And only works if the cat doesn’t want to scratch there with it on. Thin clear plastic Not good for leather.

I have a chair that my cat constantly scratches and atacks. I can only assume that he is trying to catch the butterflies on it. I have been covering the chair in double sided tape for years to keep him from scratching it up, but it only worked so well and I had to replace it often. These protectors have been much more effective than the tape ever was. I like that the shields are clear so you can still see the design on the chair and protect it from my destructive cat.
