Does it’s job , the base is on the wider side so stable, but a little trickier to realign with the pot then normal kettles. Arrived on time and a great value, use this product daily for over a month and so fR no problems

For some reason I hadn't noticed that this was a 220V kettle. When it took 17 minutes to boil (it actually worked on our 110V circuit) I took another look at the product online (everything is in Chinese characters) and that's when I finally realized the issue. I can't really rate this well, but 3 stars seems appropriate because it looks like as expected (we really like its look!) but we can't use it. Here's what we can tell you:- It has 3 prong Chinese plug. They give you an adapter to 2 prong USA. I still don't see that in the description- You won't be able to read the instructions unless you read Chinese characters- It ships from ChinaI'm sure it will work for some. Not for us.

Horrible. Ended up throwing it out after I had it a couple weeks. Had an icky odor couldn't get rid of no matter how many times I scoured it. So my tea always had a weird taste. Just bought a Breville electric kettle and LOVE it!👍

This Kettle came with a UK plug. There was an adapter provided. But this was a major disappointment. Product also was cheaper quality than appears in photo and description. Immediately ordered an alternative and returned this kettle

Heats water quickly. Just don’t fill past the max fill line. There is a reason for the line!Love this kettle.

As advertised, no problems, works well

I have a 240v line that I had run into my office and it only took some modifications (U.L. listed parts) to make it work. Your mileage may vary electrically.Seems to allow steam to condense in the bottom portion where the switch is and will dribble out. The flow on the Goose neck is not as smooth as it could be.
