I have seen many YouTubers compare this to It Cosmetics CC Cream (which is one of my all time favorites). I don’t think this is a dupe for the It Cosmetics, but it is a good product. It sits well on my skin. Doesn’t emphasize pores or fine lines. It doesn’t break me out. It does last a good work day. I have dry to normal sensitive skin.

I was worried that this would settle into my lines, but it really didn't do too bad! It's a lot better than some of the other drug store foundations, full coverage and natural finish. I'm 40 and I approve this foundation !

If you can get your shade for roughly $7, then this is not a bad foundation for the price range, although it's really nothing to write home about, and is not long-wearing or particularly flattering on the skin. I've tried other Revlon PhotoReady foundations and BB creams with mixed results, (PhotoReady BB is a slippery, oily mess that feels like sunblock from the 90's) so I wasn't sure what to expect from PhotoReady Candid, but it's at least an average drugstore-level foundation, assuming you can find a decent color.For reference, I am Medium Beige in Bare Minerals, NC25 in MAC, and have light-medium neutral-cool skin that breaks out easily. In the PhotoReady Candid, I purchased shade: 250 Vanilla, which is supposed to be the second lightest Neutral shade. It is wearable, but only barely. It is clearly too yellow for my face, which is unexpected, since my face leans more true neutral than cool; leading me to believe that the Neutral shades of Candid are actually leaning slightly warm. So if you are cooler than me, i.e. neutral-cool-to-quite-cool, then you may want to skip directly to the cool shades of Candid, such as 110 Porcelain, 130 Ivory, 200 Nude, 220 Sand Beige, 240 Nat. Beige, etc. Note: the foundation did NOT oxidize on me or turn orangey throughout the day. It's just that it started out too yellow straight out of the tube, and stayed true to that warm-toned yellow all day.Candid is remarkably matte, even when applied with a damp Beauty Blender. In fact, if you don't use a damp sponge, you'll probably find that it dries too fast, and gets patchy. (i.e. you can't apply a new layer of color without it creating a bald spot in your first layer. Personally, I am extremely oily, and most liquid foundations create puddles around the sides of my nose and the center of my forehead. Candid is no exception. About 2 hours into wear, I have to be super-strict about not touching my face or wearing sunglasses, because Candid starts turning into loose beige liquid puddles in my oily spots..... HATE!Please note: this is a full coverage foundation in my book. There's a ton of pigment, and it dries fairly quickly, so if you use fingers, so you risk looking like a Kabuki dancer if you don't spread it around fast enough. I wouldn't say that it appeared chalky or emphasized wrinkles, but it absolutely will emphasize dry skin flakes or partially healed blemishes. As for breakouts, I didnt notice any skin reactions after wearing a full face of this makeup.Finally, just in case someone is wondering what the shade the radiant Gal Gadot wears in the TV and print ads, it's 400 Macadamia, which is a very warm shade.

This is a review for Revlon PhotoReady Candid Natural Finish, Anti-Pollution Foundation, Natural Beige.It’s always hard to buy foundation and concealers online; it’s hard to know if you’re going to get the right shade/color. In this case I lucked out and found my exact match.I have rather pale skin and the Natural Beige works great for me; there’s no yellow tint to it.I have older skin and need to be careful about putting on lotions or cosmetics that will only end up making me look even older. Saying that, I rarely get foundation (or powder) makeup nowadays and instead use B&B creams. It’s true they don’t really hide any imperfections or discoloration but they also don’t look heavy.This foundation is really nice, especially for the price. Like I said, the color matches perfectly so I can really how it works on me and if it delivers on its promise. What it does for me is really conceal any discoloration on my face; in particular any broken blood vessels on my cheeks or forehead. I use it to help lighten the dark circles under my eyes and I dab it in on the lowest part of my eye area -I don’t put it on all over (or right under my eyes) and because otherwise it makes the the lines and creases more noticeable.So I am giving a big thumb’s up for this. It’s creamy and easily spreads and it really covers any imperfections or discoloration well. Because I have older skin, I don’t put it all over. But I do spot it on only my problem areas and it’s great.

This is a good option for the price. Not as good as the foundation I normally use (It). But at this price point is a good option. Good buildable coverage, but can look a bit cakey in the built up areas needing more coverage, where my normal foundation does not. Finish is very matte, to where I only spot apply my finishing powder with this. Had to experiment with application options to find what works best in order to keep the look natural. For me this is probably more of a summer use foundation.

I'm gonna be honest, I bought this because James Charles recommended it but I'm not disappointed, this will probably be my new staple foundation. It's hands down the best "drug store" liquid foundation I've ever tried, and I'm quite the connoisseur, being that I don't use high end brands. It's got great coverage, it doesn't sink into my lines/pores, it doesn't get overly oily throughout the day. I wear it for 12-13 hours a day while I'm at work and it's held up incredibly well, along with a setting powder on top of it.

Bought for a good price but I'm not really please with this foundations colour range. Caramels to light and Cappuccino abit darker but the undertones slightly beige. I will still try it it may oxidize abit and look abit better. The coverage looks good without being caley looking and it makes my skin look clear. Nice slim tube with a pump and it's easy to remove.

Excellent coverage, I have several of the lighter shades and would say that they all come up looking slightly lighter than they appear in the tube. Great coverage and easy to blend. A little goes a long way, I would say if you want more coverage it's best to apply a couple of light layers rather than one heavier layer.

It's a lovely foundation, it's full coverage. It goes on well and looks nice on. I found that it sank into my lines on my face ( I'm late 40s) and didn't look so good. Around my nose, it looked a bit dry. Other named brands have stayed hydrated and looked fresh. It's a good product and I will continue to wear it but for me, it's not an every day foundation.

This is a pleasant and lightweight foundation, very easy to apply and very nice for the skin.However the issue I had was the packaging - when I tried to use it for the first time, it took a while to pump up the foundation and it seemed that it was empty by 1/4 of the foundation. I was not happy about that at all. Hence is the lower scoring.
