Devcon Epoxy Bathtub Repair Kit (Almond & White) 2 PACK

I used this to fix a small 0.5” hole in my fiberglass bathtub. It’s easy to use but I have some advice. 1) Prep everything ahead of time; the goop thickens quickly once it’s mixed. 2) Pull loose bristles out of the brush before you start. A few came out as I applied the goop to the surface and I had to carefully pick them out of it. 3) If you have any uneven texture when you’re finished, let it dry for a minute and then lick your fingertip and run it over the top to smooth it out. Licking it prevents the goop from sticking to your finger. I got mine almost completely smooth using this method.

I had a large crack at the floor of my fiberglass shower/tub. This product was a bit tricky to use, and I have yet to test it's durability, but it does cure to a great, shiny finish.

I had a chip in the bottom of my fiberglass shower. I just needed something to fill the little hole. This worked well enough. It doesn't look perfect, but it certainly looks good enough no one will notice unless they are looking for it. It was a bit tough to work with properly, but since I only needed a little bit it was fine. It was a bit runny, so I had to wait for it to set up a bit to really get it to stay in place.

The product was fairly easy to use it just didn't go smoothly. The product is only viable for 4-5 minutes. It runs for about the first 3, causing drips to form. The was a large price of fiberglass cloth to cover holes but it fell apart when cut into smaller portions to cover screw holes. Then it sets FAST. It left globs that needed sanding. 100% waterproof and held up great. Color matched perfectly as well

Instructions were easy to follow. YouTube had a video on how to use. Color match was almost flawless. I used a power sander and got an excellent finish. Took about 15 minutes to do, five minutes to sand. Wife couldn't see where the 1/4 in hole had been. Good product.

There's a reason why you have to buy two packages. I followed the directions precisely, but as soon as the first package's mixture was open to air it hardened. (And became amazingly hot.) The second package faired somewhat better, but by the time I tried to fill a hole and release the trapped air bubble with a toothpick it also had hardened. It so easily released from the area when wiping it off, I doubt it would be a permanent fix. There are better products available, which I have now used successfully - don't waste your time and money on this.

The epoxy was super easy to use. Anyone can install this by their selfs easily

Fixed a hole in the shower pan of my motor home and it worked great. Once you pour it out to put on huh have to work fast because it sets up in minutes. Oh there two patch kit in a kit so don’t need to buy two just one.
