Birkenstock Gizeh, Womens-Adults' Sandals, Tango Red Lack, 40 EU

I love the footbed shape of birkenstock they are very comfortable & supportive and the toe post does not rub.I ordered these in a 38N as my feet are-I think - a normal width - I have never needed wide shoes. They are a perfect fit but only just - if you intend to do a lot of walking I would suggest the Medium width rather than the narrow as these shoes encourage your feet to spread a little and feet naturally swell during the heat. There are very good guides to help decide which width on walkingshoereview and birkenstocks own websiteThey are so comfortable I intend to buy more colours soon.

I have ordered these in stone - they are a replacement for the gizeh sandals that I have just about worn out. (I have been wearing birkenstocks for several years now and they have never let me down).I use to order a size smaller but after reading up on how they should fit I now order my usual size 6 and these are fine. (I have a wide foot). These feel very comfortable already, although I expect I may have to wear them in for a few days to customize the sandals to my feet but I have no doubt that they will last me a few years (because that is how good birkenstocks are). As for the toe post, me and toe posts don't usually get on, but after breaking the gizeh sandals in, I am not even aware of the toe post, birkenstocks are the only toe post sandals I can wear. You may have to wear your sandals a few days around the house before they become best friends with your feet.

I really don’t understand the sizing of these shoes. This is the second pair I have bought to get the sizing right. I am normally a size 10/10.5 and ordered size 44 the first time.Unfortunately the first pair were too large so I tried again with a size 43. I can’t believ that this pair was actually larger than the first?!So disappointed, I though this was supposed to be a premium brand..?I specifically wanted these for the arch support. I still can’t find a better alternative but I’m really dissuaded by the failing in their sizing.I wouldn’t recommend. I think I’ll try and find a pair in a high street store so I can try another pair on.

I've had my first pair for about 4 years now, just wearing them occasionally when the weather was warm, but recently I got Plantar Fasciitis in my foot and found that I needed to wear something with a good arch support all the time to ease the pain. Birkenstock have definitely helped with this so I've bought a few more colours. Sizing is good, I am a 5/5.5 and the 38 is perfect for me, you can adjust the buckle to fit the width of your foot, I have just tightened my first pair from 4 years ago as the leather did stretch slightly, but this isn't bad for their age.Would definitely recommend, well worth the price for sandals that will last and keep their shape.

These comfortable sandals, are a really good fit (though they can rub a bit at first),and are stylish too. I got them in silver, and find (despite the fact that me feet are still growing) that they can last for up to 2 years.the toe grips are good, and stop your feet from slipping, like cheap flipflops. They sole of the shoe can rubon the foot, and create a slightly tanned look- but that's just extreme nit picking!!! Not ideal for long walks, Iwould recommend Birkenstocks to anyone. One small tip though: don't leave them in the rain, or it takesages for them to dry out! Definitely worth all that money!!

Bought them in gold, nice looking, leather and all.Although I bought the right number and width (38M), I don't think they are more comfortable than other good shoes I had. They are good, but they are not a dream to walk on. As a matter of fact, on the first couples of days of wearing them, I got some blisters in the foot bed area, some painful ones, which was surprising.Wear them with everything, from khaki shorts to dresses and jeans. I would buy them again sure, but was waiting for a more comfy sandal.

After an expensive mistake ordering some from another company (too large and too expensive to return) got these. I'm usually a size 5-6 but had to get these in a size 4. Look lovely, but they do take some breaking in. The raised area under the gap between my toes and ball of foot does put more pressure than i'm used to, so I couldn't wear these two days n a row, but this may change with further wear.

As expected, these shoes are great, but the shoe box they came in was not only battered in the post, but the entire thing was tatty (ripped cardboard where sellotape had presumably been pulled off, and bits of the box were missing). This item was bought as a present, so it was incredibly embarrasing to hand over such an ugly looking gift, despite the sandals themselves being well received. In future I would be inclined to purchase shoe gifts from a store as, despite higher prices, this box really was not acceptable at all.

Super schnelle Lieferung!Der Schuh passt wie angegossen und sieht wie erhofft klasse aus. Er ist wahnsinnig bequem und fühlt sich am Fuß gut an. Jedoch bin ich der Meinung, dass man ihn erst zu Hause einlaufen sollte bzw. zu Beginn keine riesen Wege damit bestreiten sollte. Weil er, wie jeder Schuh, erstmal etwas eingelaufen werden muss.

Habe mir die Birkenstock Schuhe aufgrund der Empfehlung meiner Schwägerin gekauft und bin immer noch begeistert davon.Da heutzutage leider alle Sandalen grundsätzlich eine nicht mal 1cm dicke Sohle haben, war das schon das erste Mal gehen in den Birkenstock Sandalen ein Traum. Ich trage die Schuhe im Sommer fast durchgehend da sie (fast) zu jedem luftigen Outfit passen. Ich würde diese Sandalen auf jeden Fall wieder nachkaufen.

Habe früher oft Birkenstock getragen, dann viele Jahre nicht mehr, weil mir zu "öko". Zur Zeit sind sie wieder sehr in, deshalb habe ich mir diese gekauft und bin super glücklich damit. Habe sie an heißen Tage oft getragen und in meinem kürzlich Mallorca-Urlaub nur. Ich mag die Farbe, ein taupe, ein wenig gräulich, passt zu allem und sie sind natürlich wie in gewohnter Birkenstock Qualität bequem, bequem, bequem. Was die Breite angeht, so sind sie normal breit. Wichtig auf das Symbol im Fußbett zu achten, die Breite wird leider oft nicht angegeben.

Le cercavo da un po' ma i prezzi mi sembravano un tantino eccessivi, con mia sorpresa ho trovato il colore che desideravo ed il mio numero a 37€ euro, un vero affare! 😍 Sono comodissime e proprio come mi aspettavo, le adoro!!!

Das sind meine ersten Birkenstocks. Wg. der Größe habe ich davor im Geschäft geschaut und daher wusste ich auch meine Größe. Am Anfang war es sehr ungewohnt vom Tragegefühl, weil es ein ganz anderer ist wie mit Sandalen, Flip Flop oder ähnliches das man sonst im Sommer anhat. Aber inzwischen möchte ich sie nicht mehr missen und die Farbe ist wunderschön. Wegen dem Preis nur 4 Sterne.

Hab trotz der vielen Hinweise in den Rezensionen die Birkenstock Gizeh braun/gold in meiner eigentlichen Schuhgröße 41 bestellt, da ich in einigen Schuhen sogar 41 1/2 benötige. Die Schuhe wurden pünktlich geliefert und sehen toll aus, wie auf der Abbildung mit einem leichten Goldschimmer. Beim ersten Anprobieren schienen sie auch zu passen. Der erste Ausflug zeigte jedoch schnell, dass sie nicht richtig sitzen und ich vorne und hinten zu viel Spielraum hatte. Das Laufen fühlte sich schnell sehr unkomfortabel an. Also verkaufte ich schweren Herzens das schöne Paar an eine kurzentschlossene Nachbarin, die ebenfalls auf großem Fuße lebt und bei der sie perfekt saßen. Am nächsten Tag kaufte ich mir bei einem anderen Händler ein Paar in 40 und siehe da: Sofort ein Gefühl wie auf Wolken, großartig!

Birkenstock sind einfach die Besten. Man läuft wie auf Wolken. Hatte vorher schon die gleichen, welche allerdings nach vielen Jahren kaputt gegangen sind. Ich trage diese nun schon den ganzen Sommer über täglich und würde sie am liebsten überhaupt nicht mehr ausziehen. Meine übliche Größe passt perfekt auch bei schmalem Fuß. Das einlaufen tat ein paar Tage "weh" wobei weh tun fast schon übertrieben ist. Das Fußbett muss nun mal weicher werden.Ich hatte ein paar billige no Name bei einer großen Schuhkette (Dei......) gekauft dachte die tun's auch. Von wegen... Birkenstock ist und bleibt das einzig wahre.

Meine Tochter trägt diese BIRKENSTOCK schon seit 5 Jahren. Da ich Hallux Zehen habe und sehr schmale Füße, dachte ich, die wären nichts für mich. Ich konnte mir auch nicht vorstellen, dass der Riemen zwischen den Zehen nicht drückt und reibt.Jetzt habe ich es, dank der heißen Temperaturen, doch probiert und ich bin begeistert! Ich habe normalerweise Größe 41, die musste ich jedoch zurückschicken, da sie zu groß waren und ich immer nach vorne durchrutschte. In Größe 40 passen sie perfekt, sind eng genug und wenn ich meine Füße schön entspannt lasse und „latsche“, spüre ich das Ding zwischen den Zehen überhaupt nicht. Das Fußbett ist moderat und passt zu meinen Füßen. Kurzum: meine neuen Lieblingslatschen.

Seitdem ich diese Treter für mich entdeckt habe, trage ich im Sommer nichts anderes mehr. Der Comfort ist einfach einmalig - man läuft fast auf Wolken. Durch die eingearbeitete Unterstützung in der Sohle läuft es sich sehr angenehm. Auch das hinten kein Riemen am Hacke ist, stört überhaupt nicht, weil der Schuh auch so perfekt am Fuß sitzt.Meine bestellte Größe 40 passt genau.Ich hoffe, ich konnte euch mit meiner Rezension helfen.

Prodotto 100% originale, nessuna paura.Le birkenstock sono una garanzia di comodità e resistenza. Sono le scarpe perfette per andare in vacanza e girare a piedi in lungo e in largo senza mai avere il minimo fastidio. Sono super resistenti e hanno una vera suola, per cui puoi permetterti anche di camminare su sentieri sconnessi, ciottoli, pietre varie... le ricomprerei altre 1000 volte. Naturalmente non sono bellissime, quindi ammetto di non usarle per uscite eleganti.

Mein bequemster Schuh aller Zeiten.Wenn sie eingetragen sind (so nach ein paar Wochen) und sich der Fussform angepasst haben, will man keine anderen Schuhe mehr tragen.Wie bei allen Birkies - immer eine Nummer kleiner bestellen, und auf die Weite achten.Ich habe schmale Füsse bei einer Größe von 37. Mir passt das schmale Model Größe 36 perfekt.Wird definitiv nicht mein letztes Paar Birkies sein - ich möchte sie noch in dunkelbraun und vielleicht auch schwarz.Sollte meine Rezensionen Ihnen bei Ihrer Kaufentscheidung geholfen haben, würde ich mich sehr freuen, wenn Sie mir dies bestätigen würden. Mein Mann trägt sie in schwarz, ich in silber. Super Verarbeitung, toll drauf zu laufen. - genau wie man es von Birkenstock gewohnt ist. Sie sind anderen "Zehentrennern" gegenüber auf jeden Fall ihren Mehrpreis wert. Birkenstock fällt aber immer ca. eine Nummer größer aus. Somit passt z. B. 40 bei normaler Schuhgrösse 41.

Die Schuhe sind super.Passform ist wie erwartet. Ich trage normalerweise eine 36. Auch bei diesem Schuh hat die 36 perfekt gepasst.Der Schuh ist sehr angenehm zu tragen und passt eigentlich zu allem.Würde ich immer wieder kaufen.Das einzige kleine Manko: Wer sehr schwitzige Füße hat, sollte sich vorher gut überlegen ob dieser Schuh das richtige ist. Die Sohle ist nicht atmungsaktiv und wird bei schwitzigen Füßen daher sehr "nass", was etwas unangenehm ist.
