Very impressed gal here! Wow! I thought I was happy with my old Rosehip oil- but man this is nice :) Upon opening it I was glad to see the USDA verification that it is indeed organic. Shipping was fast! Came in a week and boxed carefully and sealed well. Looking at the ingredients assured me further that this is top line oil. The color of the oil is a beautiful amber and it smells like tea leaves. I was a bit worried it would smell like fish because of what other reviews said-and well that is what is has been said to smell like, even by experts. But for me I definitely get a tea leaf, earthy smell that I find pleasant. My mom said to her it smelled of fish and leaves but I guess it varies- oh well.Regardless, the benefits are too good to pass up based on smell- I'm only 21, but I want to take care of my skin and I commute to the city a lot for class so my skin is always being exposed to pollution, the harsh Texas sun, and other elements of course like winter air.Putting this on felt lovely- it went on smoothly and I actually dig the dropper compared to my other brand of oil that was in a pump because I would use excessive amounts of it on account that I cannot control how much pumps out on a given use. It really only takes one or two drops to moisturize my whole face and it takes about half a dropper for my body- which bares the scares of weight loss and shingles from stress.I have seen a huge improvement from using rosehip seed oil- my last brand, which stopped selling was, also USDA organic, had an earthy smell, and was orange in color. A burn mark from a curling iron when it fell on my leg ,that everyone said would never go away, is now hardly noticeable! I would post a before picture but pessimistic me didn't take one thinking that nothing would help. If you're not familiar with this- burn marks are incredibly hard to diminish because they have penetrate past the top layer of skin. But here I am 4 months later and that annoying scar is almost gone.At first I used Rose hip oil simply for moisturizing my already oily skin- but now I use it for my scars and stretchmarks too. I'm also pleased to say that my oil complexion has actually been less oily since I've started using this at night. My nose and eyelids still get oily and require touch-ups during the day, but my forehead and cheeks are great!**One thing I would like to say is that Rosehip oil is NOT recommended to be put on active acne despite it's high Linoliec Acid content. I still have minor acne that emerged during my late teens and I've noticed that if I don't put my acne cream on before I put my rosehip oil on- that my acne often gets worse. Not terribly so, but enough to jog my memory and slap some acne cream on at night again.Bottom line 10/10 oil. I'm going to buy another right now. Very happy with the smell, color, bottle design, and texture. If anything happens to my skin- good or bad- within the next few weeks of using this I will be sure to update. Lovely product. Very high quality oil. Absorbs quickly with no greasy residue (you only need 2-3 drops max for your face). The color and scent are both consistent with what this oil should be. Deep rich color, natural oil scent that does not linger once applied. My skin has seen an improvement in tone and softness in one weeks time. Dark spots are still present, but lightened slightly. I hope they will see even more improvement with daily use. Has not caused an increase in acne. I have very sensitive skin that will break out easily with the wrong product, but this is not the case here. I've used it on my hands, legs, and hair as well. A scar on my leg from 8 months ago has noticeably faded away almost entirely. I've been having issues with my hair due to chlorine exposure and when I work a small amount through my damp hair before drying, it seems to renourish it. My cuticles which are usually dry, cracked and flaky are healing and I've stoped using hand lotion in preference to this oil. The benefits of this oil are undeniable and I will continue to use it in my everyday skin care routine.

I use only organic natural products and my skin is in great condition. I was really curious if I could improve it a little more or maintain my healthy glow for a long long time. I have never used any Rose hip oil before by itself. As soon as I received it my husband was putting it on HIS face. He looked in the mirror then turned around to me and said: I do not see anything different yet. I said, well, maybe you did not use enough. We did not read how much is needed yet, so he applied 4 more drops to his face and left. I continued working and about 15 min later my husband come back to show me his face. He said, it is doing something, I can feel it on my skin. I looked at him and his skin complexion had changed from the more pale look to a light pink, healthy look, like young kids have. First big surprise. I used it before bed and I am still surprised to say, the product improved my skin instantly, well, it actually took about 20 min. for visible results. My skin that already has the a pink glow most times, got even more radiant. I have only used it for about 3 days by now and every day I see improvements. My skin has improved complexion, pinkish healthy color that make me look young, the skin is even tighter, again giving it a younger look. I do not use make up on my face, but I do use some make up on my eyes every day. Today morning, when I went to wash my face and get ready, it was the first time in a while, I looked at my face and saw the younger look and I thought to myself, I do not want to do or add anything to this, it looks so beautiful already, did not even want to put make up on my eyes, I was so much enjoying the young, refreshed look. And by the way, it needs just about 2 drops of oil. :) It works great for us, we love it. Seems my skin needed it and is thanking me by looking so GOOD.

So i have dry skin, and I don't think it helped moisturize much for me. I bought it for the vitamin A content to just help my skin tone over all. It's a dry oil, and if you have acne or scars then this oil can transform your face, because I saw pictures of a reviewer on makeup alley, and I could not believe what it did for her face, nothing short of amazing. You can try this if you have dry skin and it will give you a more glowy complexion but I have to use a moisturizer with it for sure. There was a study on this oil in 1988 on twenty women between the ages of 25 and 35 with extensive premature aging to their skin. Their skin was wrinkled, and had sunspots from overexposure to the sun. After four months of applying this to their skin daily, their wrinkles and sunspots had almost completely disappeared, and their skin had a fresher healthier look. This is because rose hip seed oil is suppose to regenerate the skin from trans-retinoic acid found in the oil. I have not used this long enough to see if this will help the crows feet that are around my eyes. I don't have deep lines more like fine lines but am hoping this will help gradually with that.
