I ordered this for me mum. I ran into a tiny problem and had to contact the seller. They went out of their way to help me with a (mutually acceptable!) fix. The gift is as beautiful as I hoped. It was received as well as I hoped. It has held up to a lot of wear and tear (toddlers grab it) and gets lots of compliments. And- I didn’t break the bank. No one paid me for my review.
