BOSSKatana-50 Amp Cover

Saw a review about how this helps against cat interference and had to buy it. Fits my MKII perfectly. These Katanas are works of art and a cheap cover is a great idea. Not sure why it took me this long to buy it, but I’m glad I did. Would be nice if I was able to keep it plugged in with the cover on. The cover slips right on top and if you take your amp anywhere, it’s good to protect it against dings and dust. Wish Marshall made them this cheap and this nice quality…

Very nice cover and fits nice and snug and I needed some protection to keep it dry in the outside weatherAlways wanted to get a cover for it cause when I carry it outside it keeps it dry from the rain and snowIt’s worth what I paid for it and even has the name of the guitar amp on itNice cover for the Boss amp

Needed to protect my amp from my cats, and this does the trick. Looks nice and fits snug over the amp. Good for protecting it when you travel. A good value for the price.

I bought the boss ktn 100 cover for my katana artist but it doesn't fit that amps . I also have a boss katana mk ii 100 and it definitely fits that amps. It's well maid , sturdy and fit nice & snug on the katana mk ii 100 . Not the boss katana artist series...fortunately i had another cover for my artist...

Review for the BAC-KTN50 (not the BAC-KATHD amp head cover). If you have cats and cat hair lurking around your amp, this cover is a necessity. Fits snug and protects from dust, hair and kitty curiosity. Highly recommended!I’m using right angle cables which allows my guitar to still be playable with the cover on the amp. I run my amp through a mixer and into an audio interface. When not in use, I just unplug the power cable and tuck it through the top opening meant for the amp handle.It’d be great if they improved this cover with a Velcro or zippered flap that covers the controls which would allow access to the controls on top of the amp. Also a few smaller flaps or cable ports for the rear of the amp to allow for power and guitar cable access would be an awesome addition to this amp cover. Also, two main Velcro or zippered flaps for the entire rear and front to be rolled up and secured with ties while in use would make it so the cover never needs to be removed. Some extra padding (especially for the front face of the amp) would improve the protection of the speaker significantly.Note to Amazon: Amazon states that my purchase is verified for the Katana amp head cover (which I did not purchase). I purchased and received the cover for the Katana 50 watt combo. Though, I can say with certainty that the BAC-KATHD cover for the Katana amp head is just as good. My brother has one for his Katana 1 Watt head and it is a perfect fit with the same material and protection.

I received the boss amp cover and I am very happy with it,it's very rugged and makes my setup come together,for the price I paid for the amp,almost 300$ for under $40 you can't go wrong,I also have 2 cats and for some reason they don't like the texture and stay away from it altogether so a win win for me,people you can't go wrong with this thick canvas cover that fits like a glove,my boss mk50 is very happy with its coat on,and looks professional,thanks guys for the GREAT amp cover,I think there worth 60 all day long and I only paid under 40$ so yaaa for me,p.s.the boss amp stand is amazing as well,o ya got that to,for 60$ for a rugged boss stand,it's worth 100$ all day long,but they are only 59 so come on do it right I'm glad I did,thanks so so much for the best quality products on the market today,jim from maine

I also have the bass version... so I lifted my review from that one because my views are identical with both of them.The Positive:This cover fits like it should, looks good, and will work to keep your amp clean and relatively dry if you need to transport it. It will definitely do the trick if your amp is just sitting at home or you are doing some light travel with it. This suits me just fine.The Negative:On the flip side... this cover is extremely thin and will offer next to nothing as far as protection from the bumps and bruises that come with regular gigging and frequent loading and unloading. If you are gigging regularly, or are looking for anything other than dust protection, I would recommend looking elsewhere.Also, for the price, I don't think it would've been too much to ask for a pocket to carry a few accessories, like the power cord and the pedal that controls the amp, at a minimum.Overall:It's not a "bad" amp cover. It's sized right and isn't hard on the eyes. I bought one for both of my Katana amps and they are perfect for my needs (home recording and noodling around). However, as a gigging drummer, I would never travel with anything this thin and expect it to offer any real protection for my equipment.This will be perfect for some, and not for others.Thank you for your review.

I love this amp. It’s well worth the money. Now if it just holds up as well as it sounds it will be a really great amp.I have bought amps before that sounds great like this one that didn’t hold up well. They soon broke down and had to go to the repair shop. This amp I am really pleased with the sound and the different effects that it has.
