The actual bed and mattresses were very good.Unfortunately I ordered wrong colour. In the picture was the one I was ordering which was brown, I recieved a candy pink bed so needed to return the bed and that's when my problem started.I rang the next day and they said no problem I could return the bed and get a brown one but it could be between 80 and 100 pounds. My husband said he would take the bed back himself to save money so I rang again and was told when we could return the bed.My husband returned the bed and the bed was checked and accepted but they said they would have to order in a brown bed as they didn't have one.I recieved a text message to confirm return.I then later in the day received another text message saying they could order me a brown bed for an extra 50 pounds, I replied saying no thank you as I didn't want to paythe extra money and I would like a refund, I then recieved a message saying I had to pay 50 pounds as the driver had left bed and not waited and both mattresses were soiled.I immediately got in touch with Amazon and they said they would deal with myProblem.Fortunately I had taken photos and a video of the bed still unopened wrapped in its very thick polythene and as it was on the transport for return.Thanks to Amason I got a ful refund and was able to order from elsewhere.
