Great customer service! 1st one broke instantly and they shipped a new one right away.The 2nd one - one of the Bands broke within the week., but I continued to use it.The ring is too thin to be adjustable. But I made it work with 2 bandsI did not contact company when band broke on second ring , but were very responsive with first ring.
