My arlo camera is around 10+ years old and the battery was completely dead. It charged my camera within hours to 100%. I'm very happy that I purchased this product.

I bought this product March 9, 2019. Being suspicious and previously disappointed by failed battery chargers, I also purchased the extended warranty ($1.48) offered through Amazon, underwritten by Square Trade.Within two months, one port stopped working. The red light stayed on all the time. I charge only one battery at a time, so I continued using the other port. Six months later, the other side stopped working. Neither port will charge a battery. Attempting to file a claim, I learned that Square Trade policy does not go into effect until year 2; that the manufacturer is responsible for the first year. I also learned that Amazon does not cover anything after 6 months. I was stuck in a quagmire.Needing another battery charger, I re-ordered the same one, but also wrote a bad review rating the device with only 1 star. Within 24 hours I had an email from the manufacturer wanting to "make things right". The next day, I replied to their email. Within 15 minutes of sending the email, I was speaking to their customer service representative. They knew I purchased a new charger and also knew I had written a bad review. They apologized for the device failure, promptly refunded my money.I write this for all others to be aware that none of the 3 chargers I've purchased lasted for very long, even the Arlo-branded devices. But the good thing about this device, is it comes with great customer service. Secondly, don't waste your money on the extended warranty.

Needed because my Arlo security camera would no longer charge by attaching a cord. So I got this hoping I could remove the battery and charge it that way. Worked well and has indicator lights showing the charger is on, when it's charging and when it's finished charging. I've only used it once, and I don't recall how long it took to charge the battery. (It can charge 2 batteries at once.)

These work great for the arlo cameras

I was excited to get these (I bought 3 since I have 6 Arlo Pro 2 cameras), but they just didn’t charge for me. When I first put them on, the light changed to red. I left them on for a few hours and came back to all green lights. But when I put my cameras back up, none of them showed up as online. I thought maybe I didn’t get the battery placed completely correctly at first. I took the batteries out and tried charging again, but all the lights showed as green.Put the battery back in the camera and still, no power. I plug the camera in directly to see if it will wake up and it finally shows up, and tells me the battery is at 1%. At this point, I gave up and returned.It seems like most people had no issues, but for some reason the three that I purchased didn’t work for me.

Hey everyone just sharing to say buy this. Works perfectly as designed with our Arlo Pro 2 batteries. Really easy to use and there’s no latch on the charger like others so it should last a very long time.
