No ONVIF, No Night Vision, deal breaker
First of all, it works. Secondly, it requires proprietary software to access the camera even though it is free. Thirdly, the light that this unit has is unfortunately only of night light luminescence, which means this thing is only a night light in low light conditions. Finally, it has poor night time vision and does NOT have strong enough Night Vision. It seems to be unable to adjust for low light. This appears to be a strictly indoor camera.Use of this camera requires sign up to a service which may or may not be collecting data on your video. If there is a way to limit access to Local Area Network only, it is not provided. Doesn't support ONVIF and does not support RTSP. Two ports are open for communication on this device (23456 and 34567).

Convenient, but poor image quality
Bad:The app signs me out every few minutes. The app does not prevent screen locking, so it can't be used for constant viewing. Can't share video. Actually, when you attempt to share a video, it shares a frame from the video.Image qualify is poor, so only suitable for viewing on the small mobile screen. It isn't good enough to read license plates and clearly see a face. During the day image resolution is 1280x960 and at night it's 640x360.On the good side:Its easy to install.Live feed quality is okay. You can record images and clips during live viewing. (The iCooLive camera app can't)In short, its good for live viewing as long as you don't zoom in; and what it records is not useful for identifying anything or anyone.

Great!
Was skeptical but am very happy with this. Camera has multiple angles and great quality. The app is also very easy to use and streaming quality is great. App also gives you option to purchase cloud storage through Amazons cloud service for $8/year. Mic and speaker also good. You can both hear whats going on and talk on app on phone through the camera!.

If it won't connect!
I couldn't get it to connect, it kept saying it didin't work in 5G and I had no other choices. I called my cable company and they said you have both with Ethernet, 5G and 2.4G and it should give me the option. I tuned the wifi off on my phone and it wouldn't connect. I turned it back on and used the list on my phone, sure enough there were two to connect from. I changed it to the 2.4G on my phone and it connected immediately. Works beautifully. Very easy to use, lots of settings to choose from. I like that you can change the angle you see in 360 views, can record, take pictures, have a microphone to talk to whoever comes to the door and has a motion and alarm sensor. For the price you can't beat it.

Security without the high cost
It wasn't hard to install and get it working. It was very affordable. The only draw back was the night vision was not as good as promised.

Unreasonable App Setup
First it required account creation which seems annoying and unnecessary, considering setup for similar cameras. Then it got worse. It required permission to location services claiming they were required to get the wifi SSID. I could just type in the wifi SSID, or pick it from a list, but I went ahead and granted permission, figuring it was just trying to be slick and get it from my phone settings directly. Then it got much worse. It claimed I had to turn on the GPS or it wouldn't be able to setup the wifi SSID. That's where I gave up. There's no reasonable scenario in which GPS location is part of wifi setup. The app was looking very shady to me at that point, so I went looking for alternatives to the officially recommended 360eyes. The same publisher had a few others, two appeared to be non-english variants. I tried a couple of others including V380 hoping it would be close enough, but had no better luck. After giving up on it, I found that it had recorded some H.264 video files on the SD card. They were good quality, having high resolution and natural color. The lens was just as fisheyed as advertised.

GOOD PRODUCT
I recently submitted a bad rating on this product but it's actually a good bulb. Instructions are lousy and it took some time to understand how to get it working. The big thing I kept doing wrong is when I scanned the bar code and went into the app it will ask for an email and password. Be sure to do a single finger click underneath the password to tap "sign up." This will take you directly into registration of the product for your home. What I did wrong was click the entire thing. One is for sign-up and the other is for forgot password. The 2nd thing I Iearned, is you must contact your subscribed WIFI server to add 2.4 to your service. You can have dual WIFI setups most cable companies come with 2. Make sure they modify the password It will not work with the same password as the other. Just change a digit (keep it simple). For example your smart television could be on a higher frequency than the set up for the bulb. I received this item January 19, 2020 and had contacted Amazon January 20th, to return it. However, most errors are not the equipment but the consumer may not understand how to program it. Once I got that done, it was a piece of cake. I will buy another one for my back yard. The settings on this item were impressive - there are a lot of features including sound, microphone, various settings, and angles like crazy. Poor instructions but good device. The only thing is the lighting at night isn't as bright as a regular 60 or 75 light bulb. It's more like 40 watts and that impacts the camera's picture but when I review the lighting outside it's not bad at all. The camera on this is really impressive with the angles. Be sure to play with the settings and get it as you desire. Not bad for the price. Will try another one but from another company only because I want a stronger wattage. Impressive product.

Epic Failure!!! Do not buy!!!
This device absolutely would not work for me. I installed the app on my iPad (IOS 12.4) and when I opened the app there was no "Register" choice, just sign or local mode. I thought maybe sign would create my account but no, got no such account! Well, I tried local mode. I powered up the device and waited... and waited. It never showed up in my WiFi available networks. Activity indicator blinking red shows the device powered up and it's 10 feet from my tablet. As a retired electronic engineer I designate this product as an excellent example of failed Chinese engineering. Do not Buy.
