Great chocolate
The best tasting chocolate in the world to me at least, love this stuff, pricy but if you wanna impress people with your desserts buy this stuff

Excellent quality.
These have a wonderful flavor. I used these while making strawberry cocoa bombs. The white chocolate has a nice mouth feel and are good for many candy making jobs that call for a white chocolate.

If You're Going To Use White Chocolate, Why Not Get The Best?
Sure, there are cheaper brands of "white chocolate," but have you looked at their ingredients list? Honestly, who thinks palm oil or coconut oil is the same as white chocolate? The Callebaut brand comes from Belgium and you simply won't find a better tasting white chocolate.This stuff is perfect for any recipe which calls for white chocolate, but you'll also find yourself grabbing some to pop in your mouth--it's just that good! When used in cooking you'll also find that it easily melts just the way you want.One note of caution, though. Although it shipped in an insulated package with a couple of freezer packs, you might want to be cautious about ordering in the middle of a heatwave, so you don't end up with a melted mess.

Amazing chocolate, disappointing shipping
The media could not be loaded. I ordered this chocolate due to its quality. When I went to open my package, chips of chocolate were falling out. Once completely opened, there was two large slits in my bag. And after further inspection of the chips, they have been melted due to exposure to heat and there is dirt on them. I can't use this. So disappointed

Came very well packed and the chips are perfect. Looking forward to baking for the holidays.

Very disappointed
Chocolate came all melted, not really sure what happened. I bought a dark chocolate and a white both were packed in the same box, the dark came perfect but not the white. Like it was melted before it even got shipped. Very disappointing

Thick and creamy
It has a very creamy, milky flavor. It is thicker than Callebaut dark chocolate when fully melted and takes slightly longer to set when testing temper, but it does temper just fine. Callebaut makes some of the best quality couverture chocolate, and this W2 is no exception.
