Everyone in my family turned gray early, but this supplement took away some of my grey and slowed down my getting grey. I am 61 now and just now getting substantial grey hairs coming in. The rest of my hair stayed a darker version of my true color when I was younger. It also seems to help my nails stay stronger with a calcium sup. If I don't take it there's a definite difference. Truly.

I like them. I took other brands and didn't like all the extra other unnecessary ingredients in them and other brands gave me awful diarrhea. These ones are fine on my stomach! My nails are long hard and thick and my hair is so much thicker, not breaking or falling out but I do also use only salon professional products on my hair so I'm sure the combo of the 2 is what's working! I've been on biotin for about a month now and it does take a 12 week minimum to start seeing results for some people but I saw a difference in 2 weeks!

I've only been using these for a couple of weeks, so I can't tell if they are working yet. I haven't had an adverse effects. The capsules are lightweight and are a good size to swallow. They do seem to kind of stick in my throat a little, so it does take a little extra water for me to get them down.

I think it works. My hair does look and feel better. I also found out biotin helps with regulating blood sugar and that's one of the reasons my hair has been a problem in the first place, so that has me excited about it. I take this along with ashwagandha everyday to help regulate my cortisol and blood sugar, which are known causes of hormonal imbalances due to stress and therefore cause hair loss and thinning. This is my second bottle. I will see how it goes from here and try to remember to write an update in the future.

My fingernails were brittle and dry, and I was always breaking them. About 3 weeks after I started takingthis Angry Supplements product they looked healthier, were not as dry, and they seldom break now. Theyare also growing more quickly. I would definitely recommend this product.
