Je me sers des écouteurs pour travailler sur mon ordi principalement. La réduction du bruit est merveilleuse. Par contre, avec le cellulaire, le son de l'appelant est clair sauf que notre transmiition est très sourde. C'est la faiblesse de cet appareil.

Have been using the backbone 410 for 6-7 months for casual calls and exercise. The plugs fit nicely in the ear, with enough passive/ active noise cancellation to enjoy the music but at the same time not totally blocking out the traffic noise (which I prefer for safety purposes). Sound quality is good enough for this price, decent trebles and an acceptable base when listening to YouTube/ internet radio. More importantly the connection is consistent. I can leave the phone in the living room and stay connected around the house.So far no one has complained about sound quality when on the call. I can hear the other person on the line clearly as well.Cons- the neck band design can be better. It’s an awkward design where the wire extends out from the end of the band to the earplugs. Also ran into battery issue on the 7th month but Amazon sent a replacement immediately, pretty impressive!Overall- Packs a punch of goodies for a $100-150 earpiece!

I so much would have liked to love them. First i had qc20 bose but they are wired. So i bought the libratone track+ for wireless sound (250 cad) because i was too cheap to buy the wireless bose ones (overpriced and bulky). Of course the libratone was not that good at cancelling noise but it's a tough job to beat bose at that game. When i saw the plantronics at 150 cad i hoped it was the next best thing. I updated the firmware when they arrived but they are so terrible. Noise cancelling is really bad. They sound awful too vs the libratone. You dont look as cool as with the libratone ones (lol i know, dont judge me). They are not as comfortable to wear as the libratone track+. So i gave them to my wife who is happy. I keep my track+ for now. Lastly... I know plantronics are 150 cad vs libratone 250 cad vs bose 400 cad... But if you can pay 100 cad more go for track+ (writing this in march 2019 so do your own research in case the next best cheap thing exists). And if you dont need wireless just buy the bose qc20, so good.

The noise cancelling is pretty good, the sound great and pairs with iPhone (7) almost instantly. Bluetooth range is terrific so I don't need to keep my phone with me as I wander around the house. Switches between two bluetooth sources easily too - great value buy!
