Raise Your Energy & Motivation (Hypnosis Series) Audio Cassette – Unabridged, June 21, 2002

I do have more energy now. Not only because I believe it in my mind, but because it inspred me to learn more about energy and the body. I learned out how to draw energy in to myself when I need it. And how to keep other people from draining me.

I have liked every Glenn Harrold hypnosis CD I've bought except Deep Sleep Every Night. And it is the second track, Lucid Dreams for Problem Solving, on that one that I don't like. If you could wake up enough to turn the player off after Deep Sleep, I'd recommend that one too. (My lucid dreams were too weird. Which probably means either I'm weird or my problems are weird if my lucid dreams were meant to help me solve my problems...which I didn't know I had....)Anyway Energy and Motivation is good. My very favorite Glenn Harrold tracks are The Healing White Light on A Guided Meditation and one of the tracks on Something Something Positive Something Something. I loaned it and can't remember the name. ;-)

I love this but the man's accent is offputting. I tend to want to focus on his accent rather than what he is saying.

All I know is, I have been putting off my next project--that is until this morning when I woke up literally ready to pounce on finishing it. Amazing. And all I've done differently is that I listened to this CD by Glenn Harrold last night as I fell asleep.So, it works, I'm glad I got it.

I love his voice,this as well as all his CD's are fantastic.I own several of them.I play one every night and sleep like a baby,his work is so positive they just make you feel so good,and if you want a better outlook on life,buy Glenn Harrold CD's.
