Great Robotic Vacuum. Reliable, does a great job and has many smart features, best value candidate.
For me, this little robot vacuum is brilliant. I haven't used the app yet or any of the smart features but the algorithm just works. For my place, it has all the right moves. It picks up dust and small particles brilliantly. It also picks up long hairs and string and fibers which do get caught in the main roller, but I'm guessing that's pretty common.I have dogs and it does a great job picking up hair and dirt from them. I've emptied the reservoir a few times now and the prefilter works really well to filter dirt and larger particles and increase the life of the hepa type filter. The unit came with extra front brushes which is good Becuase I can see they get a lot of wear.I got this unit at $200 which I think is GREAT VALUE! but I also noticed it was on for $175 on black Friday.... If you can get it for that.... Buy several, yes, it's that good.I have just one complaint about this item.I have one couch and one counter and one night table that all have clearances at the back which are just possibly a tenth of an inch too low for its required clearance. But they also don't hit the front bumper. When it goes under these pieces of furniture it sometimes gets stuck... The algorithm does try to get it out for a while but eventually it fails.... If and when a lower crossbar or over hang is exactly that height it gets stuck. Because the front of the unit gets pushed down and the drive wheels lose traction.... This isn't really a big deal... And I've figured out where it happens and have easily mitigated it. Once I figured that out the unit does a great job and always, always returns home.... I am extremely happy with it.I bought two to begin with and gave one as a Christmas gift.I already want to buy more as gifts and to have one on the other floor of my place. Worth every penny.

Remember you get what you pay for! Cheap unit with cheap features and options
I have numerous issues and complaints about this unit. There are reasons for my one-star rating. First, the item was shipped as excepted by Amazon and arrived with no issues. So I started to unpack the unit, and I always like to check all the parts are with the unit. Everything was there from the picture of parts on the quick start guide. Then I preceded to start following the steps to get the robot vacuum up and running to use later in the day. So, I flipped over the unit and installed the rotating brushes. And noticed the roller bar already had hair and dirt collected on it. But just unpacked the unit. This was a big alarm for me, so I continued to inspect the unit. I opened the dirt collect tray and had fine particles of dust inside and on the first filter in the dustpan. In addition, the remote already had the batteries installed in it and had the correct time. Wow, it must be magic...lol Nope, I was just shipped a returned item when I purchased a new unit. Shame on this company for trying to pull that one off. But still wanted to test out features before I return the unit promptly on Monday to Amazon.Second, I cleaned the unit up and wanted to see the vacuum of my basement finished area. My basement finished area is one big rectangle with a square room at the end of the basement with a half bath attached to the room. So the carpet area would be an L-shape layout. The unit did the S-shape approach described in the description for the unit. But it would go about 12 feet and then stop and turn to the right and head back. No big deal as long as it covers all the area. The unit had major issues at the back of the basement before it goes into the other room. The unit would not sweep the back room, the unit only went about 6 ft into the room and then turned around and went back out the door. But it never returned to finish the rest of the back room. It did this all three times when I tried to vacuum the whole basement. So I have to question the "smart mapping" in this unit. The unit seemed to get very confused when having to move to a different room. And all three times it returns to the base unit and told me cleaning complete after not even touching the back room. So that is strike two for this unit. And only vacuum about 70% of the carpet area a vacuum should clean.Third, the app called "Weback" is just AWFUL! There is a reason it gets 3.4 stars (as of 7/6/2019) in the Google Play store. The app is very simple, just has the four cleaning opinions and then have to go into the setting of the unit for the schedule. I got the unit hooked to the app after having to research online since the company conveniently forgot to put the Wifi directions back into the box. The app seemed to work fine at first, but once the room map got larger and larger in the app. The app would crash and the whole screen would go white. As a result, I had to turn off screen then turn the screen back on and hit the home button. Then go backinto the app from the icon. And select the robot vacuum again. The app would work for another minute a do the same thing over and over again. The screen would go white and had to turn the screen off and repeat all steps to see the progression of the unit. Look at the reviews on Google Play that point out the app keeps crashing and restarting. Those reviews are right on point. I have to question the integrity and quality of a company that will not put their own name on an application in the Google play store. And use a third party application that is full of bugs and crashes over and over again. The app was like a nightmare that plays over and over again. I thought they made enough Freddy Kruger movies already, but this app brings the nightmare back. LOLOverall, this unit does not clean like promised on the description and reviews. Cleaned about 70% of the carpet and really didn't clean my back room in the basement. I was shipped a return unit that had a noticeable collection of hair and dirt on the roller brush and in the collection tray. The unit's smart mapping does not vacuum all area of a simple layout in the basement. Then I like using an application over a remote any day. But the WeBack application is full of bugs and crashes. Just avoid this robot vacuum at all cost. Still not understanding all the five-star reviews? Since the company seems to like the integrity, ethics, and quality to obtain a five-star review from me. Makes me think the company has "paid=off" some reviewers.

Good Basic Robot Vac
I have been wanting a robot vacuum for a long time but being a penny-pincher I couldn't bring myself to pay $$$. This unit is a good compromise between quality and price. Our main reason for purchasing a robot vacuum was to help stay on top of the dog hair in our home. We have a German Shepherd that sheds like crazy and a Westie that has moderate shedding. We couldn't keep up with the vacuuming (2x a day would be necessary) and constantly had dog hair tumbleweeds all over the house. We had to lint-roll our clothing before leaving the house and our dryer lint trap was always full of dog hair. I was losing my mind! This unit does a great job with dog hair, dust and dirt. We have it programmed to run automatically every day and I am always amazed how full the bin is just from one day! It seems to accurately map the house and gets more efficient every day. The first few days it took 2 hours to do the main level of our home and it's done in about 45 min - 1 hr now. Strangely, though it seems to know the layout of the house well, it always has trouble finding its way back to the charging base. It appears to blindly feel it's way home. My only real complaint is that it doesn't do great with larger debris and rather than suck it into the unit the brushes just knock it around. Also we had sawdust tracked in on our rug and the vacuum did not pick it up. The vacuum has 2 modes. regular and High Suction. Even on High it doesn't pick up the sawdust. This is definitely not a deal breaker though as the main reason we got it is to help with the dog hair and it does an excellent job with this. As I mentioned, the bin is full at the end of every day so it's definitely picking up a lot off my floors! Overall I would recommend this product if you are looking for a low cost vacuum to help with dog hair, dust and dirt.
