Dressed up our cupcakes
These toppers made our basic cupcakes look a lot fancier by the time I added a gold liner to the base and these cute golden “50’s”.

Glitter stays on the paper. Very sturdy.
I really only wanted the numbers not the toothpicks and though I works be able to easily remove, but these are darn sturdy! The paper is decent as well held up sitting in the fridge and on most cupcakes for several hours on the ones I did use as food picks. No glitter came off onto the food either.
