Perfect fit and works great!

Disappointed....Picture show's that the terminal ends are copper and presumably non-corossive.The motor that came was just normal connections...low grade steel.Great application....NOT its not like its for a salter motor or anything where you wouldn't want to use a common nut/bolt for your electrical connection. . DB Electrical you gotta do better.I had to keep the motor....the snow is still on its way.

My Buyers TGSUVPROA spreader motor got damaged and I did not want to spend $250.00 to $400.00 for a new one!Purchased this one, size and shape is a little different but mounts right up and works wonderful. The best part is I saved a few hundred dollars. I did have to cut wiring off of the damaged motor and install weather proof terminals on lines to hook up new motor.Once again let me say, you don't have to purchase the expensive Buyers 3014441 motor! The DB Electrical LMY0002 will fit the spreader with only minor wire modification on the positive and negative ends.

Motor is a piece of garbage. It made it through two storms And died. Just go buy a Scott's spreader, that would be a much better value.

I bought this to use on my Smith in-bed salt spreader. It has worked fine using it for spreading both salt and sand. I have had it about a month now, use it a few times per week, have had no problems. Very easy 2 bolt and 2 wire installation.

Bought it for a buyers SUV spreader it works great was delivered quickly and fit perfectly even though it was for an SUV Pro model we just needed to enlarge the mounting holes on my spreader to attach. Great price too! Only reason I don't give 5 stars is we'll see if it lasts past the 1 year warranty!

I bought this for my Meyers salt spreader on my John Deere 1026r sub compact tractor. It fits the spreader fine, however it often gets hung up on salt. I use bagged dry rock salt so the consistency and weight is correct. The motor will spread salt when the motor is powered on and you get the initial three pulses of power, but once you attempt to turn up the speed 1-9 the motor acts as though it is stuck and does not spin. I have used two different controllers with the same results. This is a huge pain to only be able to use the pulse function. The spreader is on the back of a three-point hitch on the tractor in full view. I can’t imagine dealing with it on a truck and not being able to see it not/functioning...

The electric motor was delivered to my door as promised in two days. The motor was a replacement for the one on my Meyer salt/sand spreader. It fit exactly right, just waiting for icy weather to try it out. The price was half compared to other suppliers!

Motor looks and work good no problems with the install. Bolted right on. Hope it’s better then the original motor that came with the Meyers salt spreader. I only used for one winter. Only time will tell.
