Have special filter systems on our HVAC systems and have used this style of filter since built home. No need/reason for old style filters in return the air vents in the house

Work as advertised, good quality, and the fit is perfect. We’ve had no issues and have no complaints.

Furnace filter works good

I used to buy the one's that had to have the teeth of the holder inserted into each slot, which was tedious and frustrating. These just pop open and stay open without the need to the holder. They so much easier to use.

Replaces slide in

This is an air filter. It doesn't juggle. It doesn't change my cat's litter box. It doesn't do the dishes. It doesn't help with the rent or replace the beer in the fridge.However, my furnace is a lot happier, so it must filter that air pretty darn good.Come to think of it, it doesn't drink the beer in the fridge either, so that kinda breaks even.

Honeywell has shifted their filter business in some way to Resideo. This does not seem to be working well for others as per reviews at Honeywellstore.com and certainly did not for me. The images on Amazon are not what I received. The company says they are all compatible. That is inaccurate. 21" high does not fit in 20" when the popup frame is rigid. Nice people at Resideo but their advice to me was another wild goose chase as ithe item number was not a popup filter.. Honeywell does not appear to offer what I have bought from them for years and which is misrepresented on Amazon. It would be helpful if the exact dimensions were stated on the Honeywell filter box as 21x25x6, etc. In the meantime, Amazon may wish to consider removing it from the options or identify it as 21 inches high.
