very stiff and cheap. don't think it will last very long.

Can't beat the price per yard, shipping is a bit out of whack.As to the product itself. It is a lush velevet and is a deep black. We used it indoors as a backdrop for photos and was a hit. Please note this will not blackout all light, but as we were indoors and lighting was controllable, it was a non-issue. I can't speak to it's durability, it was set up for a week and then boxed. Seemed solid with only minor shedding.

This fabric was just what I was looking for! It's stiff and not stretchy at all. Its matte jet black and has a short pile. It's a good price for what you get. While I wouldn't necessarily use this for a pillow, I used it to recover a boxspring into a cheap bed and it looks great! I used 3 yards of this fabric for a queen plus 8 legs from home depot and you get a decent looking bed in about 2 hours of work.

Fabric is so beautiful and delivered on time but it was a bit dusty with lint not sure how to keep it clean but overall it is beautiful. I bought it to use for photography. Not heavy at all and I will be ordering fabric from this company again.

The black velvet is beautiful and seems to be of fine quality. I purchased this for a photography background and I am pleased. A small negative; the cloth had a lot of hair of some sort on it. I removed the hair with sticky tape and it wasn't a problem.

Superb Quality in every respect nice and plush. I photograph jewelry and use different colored cloth for backgrounds or to reflect a color onto a mirror. In the case of the latter especially you need a very dense weave and nice, deep color saturation.This cloth has both of those highly valued attributes. Delivery was very quick and the cloth although folded was virtually wrinkle free I didn't need to iron or steam it. I'll definitely be buying more from this Amazon Marketplace Seller.

This product was a nice rich black color and no fuzz or pilling, but it was creased from being folded for shipping. I think it would fare better if they switched to rolling it instead.

fabric was solid and looks to be durable. I bought for lining for a jewellry box, not sure if would be good for dress...not saying it isn't...just seems to be stiff and thick. Loved it and it worked well for my purpose.Shipping was good, well packed and fast ship.

A beautiful fabric stong backing looking forward to using it suitable for many things if i gave some left it wiil be for a quick tote I wouldn't need to line
