CCNA Exploration Course Booklet: Network Fundamentals, Version 4.0 1st Edition

I just completed this course and found having the text in print as well as online helped. It doesn't include any of the figures or graphics but the text in the book is identical to the online course at Cisco Networking Academy. This book isn't meant to stand alone. The only reason to buy it is if you are taking the class and have access to the online version. I have already purchased the same type of companion guide for my next class and will continue to do so.

This book is word for word the same as the online version. Even references the figures same as the online version, but this book doesn't include any of those pictures it refers you back to the online version for them. There is a lot of material for this course that is only found in those images which effectively makes this book useless for offline study. The sole reason I had bought it was so that I would be able to study and do home work on my breaks at work where I don't have ready access to a computer and the internet. If I have to have a computer, internet, and the online book anyway what's the point in this stupid book.

This book was "recommended" but optional for a Cicsco CCNA class. Although you can get the information online through the CISCO website, it is good to have the book to look back, to use as a reference guide. A must have if you want to study for the CICSCO certification.

I purchased this to supplement a Cisco class I was taking. It's a thin paperback that fits well in a bag, but I have used it exactly once. If you are taking a Cisco Networking Academy course and purchase this to go with it, then you should know that it is identical to what you will view in the course material, word for word. Unfortunately, it has NO PICTURES, so those essential images, charts, & graphs, it should have every few paragraphs to support the text are completely missing. This is not worth purchasing!

Package was here with a free gift in it. Although the book was one that I have bought, but at least it was free.

Great book for travel or if you do not have internet. It is word for word exactly on the web version.

This book was written a little bit different than the website that I was working off of but it put the subjects altogether. It made it easier to understand
