Excellent Renewed Saved Big $$
My first renewed product and these guys are doing it right. The pad was very clean, no scratches and only very minor wear. The price was excellent and the pad is stellar. I use it with my Mavic drone outside. Very bright display and very sharp resolution. Battery life is excellent.

Wouldn't recommend buying from this seller [Wireless Cloud]
They shipped the wrong tablet. So I had to buy another one and make 2 trips across the border, and pay the receiver twice once it was correctly shipped the second time. Then they wouldn't help get it unlocked, so it keeps getting an annoying "error" message from Verizon. And Verizon refused to help, saying that the retailer has to help. And now, just 7 months in, it has died. I will not boot or reboot. It just gets hot, and being a refurbished tablet, it's past the 90 day warranty. All I can do is try to warn people away from buying products from "Wireless Cloud".

Great for every day use
I use this all the time during the day. Sometimes I have to charge it halfway through the day, but that's only on days that I've been using it hard. The only problem I have is the memory problem. It quickly fills up, but I just delete the log files and move on. Overall I like the feel and the layout. It's user-friendly and does everything I need it to.

Bad battery
Product works ok. Glitchy. Thought it completely broke. Couldn't get it to boot. Even holding the power button for 20 seconds. Husband eventually did something to get it working. Daughter complains that something drains the battery quite often when she isn't even using it or even home.

Refurbished looks brand new! Perfect for Mavic Air 2 but you need a tablet holder. Screen is extremely bright!

Good product as a refurbished. Only 2 minus defects: touch screen isn't too responsible for games and relatively slow chip.
