Big dose with side effects
Although expensive these are a high dose of evening primrose oil. I wouldn’t want to tablets to be any bigger though. They are already big which I can just about swallow.I have noticed some unpleasant side effects so I think the dose is too high for me so I have stopped taking them.

I purchased these as I get really bad PMT amongst other age related symptons as a 48 year old Woman in Per Menopause, I can honestly say I have feel so much better taking these .

worked really well
I bought these as a natural remedy for my chronic breast pain. I take one with my breakfast and go about my day, so Far they have worked very well.

The product ingredient on Amazon id evening primrose but the bottle list alot more. It also includes gelatine which isn't suitable for myself.
