Cuisinart Replacement Metal Dough Blade Fits Models Prep 11, DLC-3011,DLC-2011, DLC-2011CHBY, DLC-011N, & DLC-2011BK Only OEM

My kitchen doesn't have the room for a stand mixer, so my Cuisinart food processor does double duty. For bread dough this is so much better than hand-mixing! Since we're eating gluten free and need to bake more ourselves, this is a great solution!I also like how the blade fit into its cute paper box, so I can store the blade safely. (I only wish that the box the contents labeled, so I'd remember what's inside after not using it for a time. But that wasn't hard for me to fix myself :-))

Update 8/25/24: unlike the previously referred to Ninja this dough blade (and the original Cuisinart food processor I bought it for) is still in great shape and delivering pizza dough on a regular basis. Not many appliances or attachments you can say that about.12/5/2013: I use this dough blade regularly to make pizza dough. It is relatively easy to clean, much easier than a serrated blade. It also makes making dough a breeze without stressing my food processor. It produces better pizza dough with an easier clean up than the Ninja.

I ordered this on the description that it would fit my food processor but it doesn’t. I can’t return it since the return window is over. It would be helpful to have a photo of the part that fits over the stem and perhaps it won’t be purchased by someone thinking it’s going to fit.

Originally, this blade was included. Now it is not, although the street price of the prep11 has decreased.First I ordered a plastic dough blade suggested by Cuisinart support for $11. Not so good. So I ordered this one and it works great.
