Great set of step ladders
I really did not expect a great deal from this ladder, the reason I chose it was because it was very cheap and will not be used that often, I am confined to wheelchair so I do not need a ladder but my son needed one to gain safe access to the loft to put the Christmas decorations away and get them down again when needed. While my son was unwrapping the ladders he was saying how well made they felt and was shocked at how heavy they are. Once unwrapped he set them up and we were both really surprised at the quality of them. Once opened they lock in place so will not collapse when in use, each step is really wide and has an anti slip rubber mat stuck on them, once opened it is level on the floor so unsteady rocking so you feel safe on them.Honestly for a 4 step ladder that cost only £29.99 you really cannot go wrong and I would definitely highly recommend

Does the job!
After having the old boiler replaced, I no longer had the airing cupboard that I used to finish off the drying process of my laundry. I absolutely hate that damp, musty smell on laundry, where people haven’t let it dry fully. So I bought this heated airer, and a cover for it.I Love that I can put larger clothes on it.I do not dry my laundry from wet on this. I air it all for about 24hrs, to get rid of most of the ‘moisture’ then hang them on the heated airer to finish off. I use it with a cover to create that ‘airing cupboard’ feel, to make sure that my laundry is fully dry. However, after 4hrs of having my ‘just damp’ items on there, they were still damp where the fabric was not in contact with the airer. I then put my items flat over the rails and folded the wings on top, as if to put away. This then finished drying my clothes once and for all.I would’ve liked for the heated aider to finish drying my clothes, when hung on them, within the first four hours that I had it on. However, I have no other way of making sure my clothes are dry, when the weather doesn’t do it.Therefore, I now, absolutely could not do without it. It truly is better than nothing, and way better than a different brand I bought first.Easy to assemble, sturdy, good size and does the job, eventually.230W - for Those of you wanting to know. Also, DO NOT leave your clothes on the aider longer than 4hrs (if not drying from wet) as it scorched them and makes the laundry smell bad! (Lesson learned!) Still love this airer!

Doesn't dry clothes Big NOO
I've been using this for over four months now, and it doesn’t fully dry clothes even after 24 hours. It only dries the areas where the clothes are put, leaving the rest damp. Essentially, it functions like a regular clothes dryer but with the downside of consuming electricity without delivering the results it promises. It only dries the areas of the clothes that are in direct contact with the bars on the drying stand, leaving the rest damp.

Quality, but lacking ..
This item feels and looks of good quality. We shall dive right in..Easy to assemble and use. Is about as sturdy as any other winged airer. Space is a little lacking, but to be expected from this style airer. We have managed a full load on there.Heating up is quick and by the time you have loaded the airer it will be at temperature. Now I have done quite a bit of testing with this airer, it follows:Without a cover..Cotton style clothing drys fairly quickly,(8ish hrs) however anything lower that a few inches from the warming rails will not heat up so you will need to move your clothes around. Thicker clothes will take a lot longer, figure 12 hours! (or more if you don't move your clothes about)Do not even try drying jeans/denim on the airer, just not going to happen! With a cover ..Same rules apply as above. Dry times reduce I would guess by 20-30%, however, you still need to move clothes about as still anything lower than 2 inches will not warm up.Figure between 8 and 12 hours dry time for a full load, with you moving clothes around the bars. Much higher if you just leave it!Now I found that I had to layer the clothes across 2 or more bars (2-3 layers thick) for the airer to be at its most efficient. IE no item of clothing hanging low. If I did this throughout the day I could dry 3/4 of a load in 8 hours. Depends on thickness of clothes though!Energy efficiently: unknown.Tested throughout October with no heating on. Figure maybe 10-20% reduction in dry times once the heating is on.Conclusion :Are these worth it? Probably, but you must buy a cover for them to be at their most efficient and have time to move clothes about.Clothes will not fully dry unless you move then about even if you leave them on for 8 hours covered up. Bare that in mind.I'll leave you with a few words from my wife:"That airer is useless, better to have a full-sized one than that thing!!"
