Most people have iPhones these days and guess what they don't have headphone jacks! I have tons of AUX headphones and earbuds that I can't use anymore without a dongle, which I lose quite often, so this is a great substitute. It has a clip so I won't lose it and also I have now "wire" free headphones and earbuds! Which comes in handy, also had no problems with simple setup just turn on and connect.

This is a very compact Bluetooth receiver that jacks into the aux input on car or handheld portable radios and gives you connectivity via the Bluetooth almost all smartphones have. I was skeptical due to the low price and small size but was pleasantly surprised at how well this performed in my work truck. It is simple to sync and as easy to use as headphones. Hold button for volume, tap to skip or replay a song. A slight mute for incoming message, ascending/descending note indicates on/off. Phone easy to answer, callers heard me fine with built in mic. Sound stays clear with no volume loss. Has a built in battery that's good for about two hours, I suggest leaving it on charge for continuous use. Came with a short micro USB cord, you may want a longer one, and the solid aux jack should be substituted with a double ended male cord as well for ease of use and less strain on the jack input hole. I'll be updating as it'll get lots of use but for the price it's a small marvel that's much cheaper than a new radio or wearing something on your head all the time!It's four months later, unit still works as it should.

Keeps coming disconnected. You constantly have to keep replugging it back in. Then hold it in place for a minute. The battery dies very quickly. I work 45 min from home I can’t even make a complete round trip without the battery going dead. I guess you get what you pay for I would recommend spending a little more and getting a better quality one.

I use it for the pool stereo that is in the garage. The Bluetooth connects great to it in the distance (about 35 feet with a wall in between.The only draw it that the device powers itself off (or at least it seems like) so I have to go in the garage to turn it on when I want to use it, but I usually have to go anyway to change the input from the CD player to the USB from whoever used it last.I'm having connectivity problems with iPhones so far, but it works great on Android. I think the issue is due to an iPhone update and not the device itself.So that's not the reason for the star off. The reason for the star off is that if left plug when it goes to sleep, if it still connected to the audio input it makes a nasty buzzing sound that is constant and the only way to stop it is by unplugging the audio jack, or turning off the audio system altogether.

For a low value, the sound of the music is great and clear. Very easy to connect but there have been times it disconnected randomly on me. Calls aren’t clear to the people hearing me. Battery life isn’t all that great. Lost 10% in less than 30 minutes. All in all, not impressed...

I haven't had any issues with it randomly disconnecting or dying out. I use it for my car, so I keep it plugged in whenever I go to charge my phone, but even if I don't, it can last for hours!After having it for a couple months, the actual aux part ended up breaking from the tip and getting lodged in the actual port.

The receiver kept dropping the signal. Was hard to connect. The sound quality is horrible. Overall product is junk. Waste of my money. I guess like the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

Let's start with the things that I like about this bluetooth receiver.Size (perfect)Connection: Easily connects and doesn't lose connection with your deviceSound Quality: Pretty decent quality but I have to turn my radio dial way up to get to a decent level. In addition, the sound quality on a phone call is not that great for those on the other end.What I DO NOT like....Workmanship: This product can get easily bent/damaged if you hit it by accident or do something like leaving it together when traveling. Be careful reaching over it and be sure to disconnect the pieces when storing/travelingAll in all, I would still recommend this device and would possibly purchase again.
