Got this to attach my work locker and door keys to a separate ring and hang off my belt loop.Been using it 3-6 days a week atleast 10 times a day and I've got no complaints.I'm surprised given the reputation and negative reviews these things get but this one is amazing.It's never got stuck or failed to retract or snapped etc. It's performed perfectly every time.I suspect its misuse that leads to them breaking early. It's not a toy! Don't pull it to its limits and let it snap back needlessly cos that's how you break them. I've been using this sensibly since the day I got it and its yet to let me down.

This was listed as heavy duty. It broke within 2 weeks

The unit is quite large and the carabiner doesn't have a great quality feel, but apart from that, it's good.

Good product, cheap price and delivered quickly

Not a bad device for the money, but they're just not built to last and this one snapped after less than a year of use.

We bought this to replace the same one we bought five years ago, as it finally broke. But five years of daily usage by a teenager is not bad going at all. And he never lost his keys once as the clip never leaves his bag/jeans. Winner all round there.

Use this a lot every day in work. Gets abuse but still sturdy. Others have not lasted well. Good item
