As described
Very nice, and in excellent condition. Note: by my fault completely, I ordered the 8" instead of the 4". That said, I wish I'd have ordered the correct one, it was a great deal and in like new condition.

A great value with a few niggles
I've just installed two of these. Installation was as to be expected. I am not sure what others are complaining about as this is in line with Kohler and other product installations. I am giving it the four star rating because the cold water valves are higher than the hot water valves with threads showing between the chrome base and the brass base. If this is adjustable, it is not clear from the instructions and I can't see how to adjust it post installation. Further, the black gaskets at the base of the handles fall out and it is not clear where they go. Kingston should tape or cement them in place. Now that I see where they go, I am not going to remove the valves to put them in place. All in all, I am very pleased for the price and they fit my Kohler sink/drain fine.

Product key parts are plastic
The sink stopper is made of plastic not brass. It will not tighten due to being plastic and is therefore worthless

EXCELLENT quality, heavy and with a very smooth operation and nice flow of water. I ordered this in a rush because my builder needed it and I had accidentally ordered a faucet of the wrong size, and it was very difficult to find a two tone faucet, which I needed for my bathroom. I had never heard of this company and told my builder, "I have no idea whether this is going to be any good," but when I told him the name of the company he assured me that the faucet would be of excellent quality - and it is.
